I have been a solid PF Changs customer for many years until now. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday on a Wednesday night. There were 3-4 tables with customers when we arrived. Placed our appetizer order and then the food order. The appetizer order arrived and it was not good at all. So much so we did not finish most of the dish. We informed the waiter we were not happy with the food, and would like it removed from the bill. The waiter notified the manager, and the manager said since we had eaten 3 out of the 5 wontons they would only take off 50%. I'm not sure what the expectation was, to regurgitate what had been eaten to prove our total dislike. This solution did not feel satisfactory to us. So we decided it would be better to cancel our order and go to another restaurant that would appreciate our business. So glad we did, we had a very enjoyable meal at Firebirds. I now understand why PFC was so empty on a Wednesday evening if this is how they threat all their customers.

P.F. Chang’s is one of our favorite places to eat out as a family. My children and I love the food and the staff are always so kind and patient. The portions have always been more than enough for leftovers to take home to enjoy again the next day!

Our server Brianna was AMAZING!! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and the meals that she recommended for us were delicious!! Her smile and spirit is absolutely contagious. That was our first experience there and we will definitely be back to bring our family. Having ppl let Ms. Bri there definitely enhance the experience. Thanks so much ☺️

I have gone to PF Chang's for years and enjoyed it very much. However, this is the first time the service was rude and very impatient. I went with my child, aunt, sister and cousin and left disappointed. The food was delivered quickly by other staff members but the lady taking our order (Angela) made us feel rushed and even spoke to my six year old son in a rude demeaner. I had even got a coupon for a free appetizer that intended to use but it wasn't until I got the check that i noticed it was never credited. But she did sure make sure she took the coupon as soon as I pulled it out. The worst part was when I had asked her about it she told me that she could not honor it because we did not order a full Entre! If She would have told us that when we ordered we would have made sure to follow that!I felt very disrespected and I even had to ask for my coupon back because she didn't even offer to return it when it wasn't even used.If you end up with the server named Angela be sure to stand your ground.
We ordered Kung Pao chicken to go with extra chicken, but there definitely was not any extra chicken in fact, it looked short for just a normal entrée size. We also ordered lettuce wraps, and they left out the rice sticks and gave us four little pieces of Romain lettuce instead of the nice big pieces of iceberg lettuce cups.The food is still great, but whoever is packing the to go orders is not paying much attention. Last time when we ordered Kung pao brussel sprouts they were also great but there was only five sprouts in the order for $10. They did give me a refund on that when I showed it to them before I left the restaurant.(Richmond VA)

His energy was great from start to finish, I'm picky about certain food items and he went above and beyond to make sure my meal was right!!!! I was able to enjoy my lunch with ease, thank you.
