I was really disappointed with my recent experience. My friend and I arrived, placed our food orders, and ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. I even had to ask about the status of our order during that time. When the food finally came, it wasn’t hot, though it didn’t taste bad, but I chose not to send it back because I didn’t want to wait any longer. We were also planning to order another drink, but our server informed us that the restaurant was about to close, even though the online hours indicated they were open until 9 PM on Saturdays. This happened before 8:30 PM. Overall, the service and timing made the experience far below expectations

My cousin and I went to eat here after church, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, no one was at the front to seat us, and it took a while before anyone came out. Once we were seated, the tables were still dirty, and the service was extremely slow. We never received our waters, and it took an hour for the food to come out—only for it to be cold. My cousin asked for a straw, and the waiter came back with another drink instead, still no straw, so she had to get up and get her own straw. She even had to send her meal back. I was really excited to try this place, but I left highly disappointed.

Been here 2 times. And each time my food is good. It is hot well seasoned and it comes Out quickly. I’m in love with the green beans. The service is good as well. The bathroom is well stocked. The food And drinks are reasonably priced. The bartender was able to make fancy drinks for us Jon drinkers. Which is a plus! The parking is off street so beware for those that may not like to parallel park. It o an always able to pull into a spot I would definitely come Back for girls night, date night and family night.

Attended the midnight brunch- staff was friendly and food was delicious; however they were short staffed and charged for items they didn’t even have. How are you gonna charge me for Salmon and you were out plus a delivery fee- I was present at the event. Didn’t realize the charges until this morning when I looked at my digital receipt because they bring a mobile terminal to the table instead of a paper check/bill with summarization - I’m very disappointed. At least 4 people at my table ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp and salmon and was charged for salmon that they DID NOT HAVE!!!! How can you charge me for something I couldn’t get?
I paid almost 100 dollars for lamb chops that was no where near done and pasta that was under cooked I will never recommend them to a soul the customer service was trash i truly want my money back it’s awful

Service was terrible, and it took 2 full hours for my food to come out. After such a long wait, I expected better, but the food was a major letdown. Who puts Old Bay in mac & cheese? Completely ruined the flavor. The only thing worth mentioning was the fish, which was actually good. Everything else was a waste of time, money, and patience. They should be ashamed to serve people like this.
Oh and not to mention they added a delivery fee to my receipt… why is there a delivery fee if I sat down and ate ? Like I mentioned before .. NEVER AGAIN.

We came to the restaurant right at opening (12pm) with a reservation and were seated immediately, which was great! Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. We were disappointed to learn right away that there was no French toast. It then took about 25 minutes after receiving our drinks for our food order to even be taken.
When we finally ordered, we were told 10 minutes later that many of the items weren’t available! no turkey chops, lamb chops, or soul food egg rolls. On top of that, the grits had a cigarette-like taste and the rice tasted like fish water. (Had to send back)
On the positive side, our server Jay did a great job trying to smooth things over and keep the mood light, and a couple dishes like the Rasta pasta and the omelet were enjoyable.
With a party of 10 driving in all the way from South Carolina, we were really hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, overall, we left disappointed.

The place is bigger than I expected. The atmosphere was on point. The food was absolutely scrumptious! I had the crab&shrimp omelet and Cinnamon Toast Crunch waffle. Also, tried the sweet thai shrimp, honey garlic wings and soul rolls. All was Delicious! One issue: our waitress was slow, forgetful and not paying attention to her tables. She took over an hour to bring out the appetizers. Then took forever coming back for our brunch orders. She gave us take out foul containers with our appetizers. We had to go find her for napkins and flatware. She forgot 2 of our party's meals. But ot did not bother her that we were not happy with her service. She said, that she was by herself and had a lot of customers. Hmmm🤔, the other waitress had a lot too but assisted us when we asked her. But go for the food and atmosphere!
