The autumn latte was perfect, and loved the patio (was an incredible day to enjoy the outdoors) as always I enjoyed perusing the vintage clothes. Just the best vibes and coffee! 10/10!

Cute little spot! Nice vibes overall, with a small clothing store with couches and vintage wear off to the side. The seasonal honey cardamom latte was good, although didn’t get to try the pastries. Great to have a nice relaxing sit if you have some down time

Very solid coffee. Cool cozy vibe, I feel like this shop has a different feel compared to other coffee shops in the area—maybe a more polished/artsy lamplighter? I don’t think the connected shop really adds anything to the experience but I also don’t think it detracts. Pretty small space though so I probably wouldn’t come with a big group!

If you take coffee seriously - don’t miss this absolute gem.
This review is far overdue - I first stumbled across Paix a few years back when they were a pop up cart. They surprised me with the quality of coffee, service, and knowledge from day one, and they’ve grown exponentially since! As a self proclaimed coffee nerd, I’d stack their coffee against some of the top coffee shops in the country (I travel a lot so this isn’t just blowing hot air). The caliber and selection of coffee they sling is shocking. On top of this, their cafe space is beautiful and owns a unique vibe - the crowning jewel being their custom lever espresso machine. Each time I visit, Dan or Seth excitedly tell me about what’s on rotation and what new roast they’re going to have dropping. This is a singular coffee experience that is enjoyable to the coffee novice or the connoisseur.

They have one flavor syrup, are unapproachable (the staff were even joking about it to eachother), and half of my order was just ignored. We both ordered, they recorded one. Decent looking place but weird vibe, no personality, nothing exciting to really choose from

Lovely little cafe! Get there early for seating because it’s a small place and space is limited.

Great coffee!
Coffee is great. You can tell they love what they do . They serve the traditional classics, they ll throw in a twist with their great seasonal drinks. But if you love espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and great beans give this place a try. While you wait for your drinks you can step into the patio or their vintage shop which is equally impressive. Right on bud

First time getting a coffee here! Espressos are fine but owning a machine myself, I can tell when an espresso machine needs a good descale! The taste is just not great, which is unfortunate because they seem like they make quality espressos.

Great little spot, heavy on ambiance. Appreciated the espresso service with a sparkling water. Different than your regular espresso, a little sour and funky but not so bitter.
