So I came here on a Sunday night and had placed my order in advance using the mobile app around 7:06. I got my order pickup time of 7:21. Great I’ll pick it up on my way from the store. I don’t blame the team. It was definitely under staffed but I wish I would have been given a more rough estimate rather than waiting thirty additional minutes to get the food I paid for without even being told what was happening. After all that waiting I ran my groceries home and went to eat to find that the food was okay at best. Nothing was super fresh or anything minus my teriyaki chicken. It is not the staff’s fault but I do sort of wish a refund had been offered or something for my time I had to spend waiting with no sort of timeline because I could have went home, dropped off groceries and came back and it still wouldn’t have been ready

I ordered sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp, all I ask is don’t put too much string beans with the chicken and always asked at what Panda Express I went and never had this problem I wad told we can’t do that and I was told that very rudely and with a lot of attitude.all I asked not too much string beans and that was a problem. It’s good I’m paying for I have the right to asked please don’t put too much string beans in it but the very employee did the exact opposite.Thus is crazy.

I dine in my first day everything was well,there were a male manager who served me. Second day I go because I had a good experience, I am a big guy and I pay to eat for extra portions. The manager that assisted me on the second day was very fast,but I guess she saw my muscles and felt like I was on a diet. I was not satisfied with the poor portion served. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. But she had short hair a boy cut and I observed willed eating my food how much of a healthy portion she was serving every other customer after me

I don't remember the last I had been to a panda express but didn't remember enjoying it. This was tasty and the service and staff were friendly. I got the three entree and it was tasty. Now that I know what to expect I'll probably be back.

Portions was not correct. Never have a gotten 1 piece of teriyaki chicken cut up. The wok shrimp mainly was green beans.. very bad look for this $13 dinner. I shouldve went instead of sending someone else. I pay attention to wats being given out.

They don't keep to the schedule. I think everyone is in a hurry to leave.
I came in before 10 and they're supposed to close at 10:30 and they told me I couldn't eat inside when there were people inside eating. What was that? Racism or was the girl who served me in a bad mood? But well, the skinny girl who spoke Spanish and served us, I think she was in a hurry to leave. I've also been to the drive-thru before 10:30 and they turn off the menu sign before the time. Someone please put things in order because if they have a schedule, it has to be followed.
Do not force the customer to file a complaint with the appropriate department.

It's 9:25 just left this location with no food! They told me they had no rice because the machine was broken. I asked for an order of crab Rangoon. They had a few in a pan with the fried apple things. I asked what time they closed the woman rudely told me 10:30. One half of the food section had clean metal bowls. She told me they were cleaning. I am not stupid. They were breaking down everything for the end of the night and did not want to make anything else. Very disappointed in this location. I usually receive great service here. Actually passed by another Panda,location to come to this one. Do not post your hours as 10:30 if you are not going to have a full menu.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. Picked up take out and as I was about to eat, I found hair in my food—a situation that should never happen in any establishment that values cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the manager’s attention, Miguel, I was shocked by their response—or lack thereof. They didn’t apologize, express concern, or even acknowledge how unacceptable this was. Instead, they acted as though this was a routine occurrence, which is deeply unsettling.
The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable, and it left me questioning their overall hygiene and management standards.
