It's 9:25 just left this location with no food! They told me they had no rice because the machine was broken. I asked for an order of crab Rangoon. They had a few in a pan with the fried apple things. I asked what time they closed the woman rudely told me 10:30. One half of the food section had clean metal bowls. She told me they were cleaning. I am not stupid. They were breaking down everything for the end of the night and did not want to make anything else. Very disappointed in this location. I usually receive great service here. Actually passed by another Panda,location to come to this one. Do not post your hours as 10:30 if you are not going to have a full menu.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. Picked up take out and as I was about to eat, I found hair in my food—a situation that should never happen in any establishment that values cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the manager’s attention, Miguel, I was shocked by their response—or lack thereof. They didn’t apologize, express concern, or even acknowledge how unacceptable this was. Instead, they acted as though this was a routine occurrence, which is deeply unsettling.
The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable, and it left me questioning their overall hygiene and management standards.

Do not go here the smallest portions no meat in almost all dishes rude and rush you at the drive thru over priced tasteless rice and not worth the money go to a real Chinese restaurant this place is sub par to say the least

The person serving the food didn't act like they were not happy to be there or wasn't in a good mood my wife and I go to this location at least 1st a week and this was the 1st time we have gotten this kind of service I hope it doesn't continue the food is always awesome and the dining room is always clean
Panada Express is literally the best (especially this location). I don’t eat Chinese often but when I do, I like to spend my money where I KNOW I’ll get great food AND great customer service.
Not only was Shannon prompt in response, attentive in listening to my concerns but she also went above and beyond to fix an error that was NOT hers to take responsibility for! Shannon was very patient and pleasant to work with after dealing with INSTACART, UBER EATS & their Delivery Driver Ylanda, who CLEARLY dropped the ball here but Uber Eats refused to admit to that.
Panda Express, if you know what’s best for your pockets, you’d set up a meeting with your shady a** partners about their crappy a** technology and/or customer service because my issue was very simple to resolve and all it took was a little bit of ACCOUNTABILITY.
Panda Express SHOULD NOT have to foot the bill for these 3rd parties.

It’s a shame that the customer service is GREAT but the food was PISS POOR. - word of advice: (Treat this place like Chipotle… WATCH THE AMOUNT OF FOOD THEY GIVE YOU….best to go inside and order)

Great tasting food but beware of hidden prices. You can order the bigger plate that comes with 3 entrees and 1 said and it will be $11.40 plus tax than the next day order the same exact items and it is now $14. Cream cheese Rangoons are $2 extra whenever they feel like it.
And already know the honey walnut shrip and angus peper steak are $1.50 extra each. Which would have mad my order $13.67 instead of $14 since I got the shrimp. Long story short, if you have favorite dish here that you like? Keep your receipt so you can show them how much it was the last time you ordered.
