Horrible experience. Worthless incompetent staff. Can't even make the chicken correct, or serve correct portions. Definitely, do not use the drive thru...they knowingly will mess up the order knowing you won't return to the store once you're home.

So I came here on a Sunday night and had placed my order in advance using the mobile app around 7:06. I got my order pickup time of 7:21. Great I’ll pick it up on my way from the store. I don’t blame the team. It was definitely under staffed but I wish I would have been given a more rough estimate rather than waiting thirty additional minutes to get the food I paid for without even being told what was happening. After all that waiting I ran my groceries home and went to eat to find that the food was okay at best. Nothing was super fresh or anything minus my teriyaki chicken. It is not the staff’s fault but I do sort of wish a refund had been offered or something for my time I had to spend waiting with no sort of timeline because I could have went home, dropped off groceries and came back and it still wouldn’t have been ready

I ordered sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp, all I ask is don’t put too much string beans with the chicken and always asked at what Panda Express I went and never had this problem I wad told we can’t do that and I was told that very rudely and with a lot of attitude.all I asked not too much string beans and that was a problem. It’s good I’m paying for I have the right to asked please don’t put too much string beans in it but the very employee did the exact opposite.Thus is crazy.

I dine in my first day everything was well,there were a male manager who served me. Second day I go because I had a good experience, I am a big guy and I pay to eat for extra portions. The manager that assisted me on the second day was very fast,but I guess she saw my muscles and felt like I was on a diet. I was not satisfied with the poor portion served. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. But she had short hair a boy cut and I observed willed eating my food how much of a healthy portion she was serving every other customer after me

I don't remember the last I had been to a panda express but didn't remember enjoying it. This was tasty and the service and staff were friendly. I got the three entree and it was tasty. Now that I know what to expect I'll probably be back.
Love this place when I use to live in RVA. Had to come back to it during our visit in RVA. Food was delicious. Service was great and you get what get to pick from a variety of dishes.

Portions was not correct. Never have a gotten 1 piece of teriyaki chicken cut up. The wok shrimp mainly was green beans.. very bad look for this $13 dinner. I shouldve went instead of sending someone else. I pay attention to wats being given out.
