I hate coming to this location as they do not have what is frankly a staple for Panda Express, the string beans. We generally avoid this and go to short pump. But once in a great while we forget they dont have it and pop in. It's annoying and disappointing when we do so. A staff member was really nice and was chatting with us and gave us a bag of fortune cookies for the inconvenience. It's appreciated as it shows a lot about the staff. Literally the only downside is lack of string beans.

The food is okay. I was going to give only one star but the guy who served my food was really nice so I gave 3 stars. The one who was rude was the one trying to get my change. The girl name Destiny, not only she did not give me my full change. I didn't care much about the 78 cents since they had to break $100. As I was walking out she yelled back you're welcome as if I didn't say thank you. To me that was very rude. It's not going to ruin my day or anything but if you're going to have an attitude, don't work in customer service.

I've never had a bad experience at a Panda Express and this location is as nice as the others... Fresh food ready to be served, employees ready to take your order, tables always wiped down.. I ordered orange chicken with chow mein, yum!

The food was very good and affordable! The only reason I give 3 stars is because the restaurant employee was not welcoming and rude to us when we went to pick up our food off of a mobile order. Other than that, good place! We got the family meal plus two more boxes and it was more than enough for a large family

Bad service. How dare they serve burnt chicken? It's bad for your health, it damages your stomach lining. I come to this store because it's the closest, but the service keeps getting worse. They're annoyed that we eat there. They start cleaning and sweeping to make us feel uncomfortable. So why do they put the tables up, just for show?
