Woke up sick and wanted soup more than anything. Went to Panera and got watered down flavorless broth. This is supposed to be chicken and rice. But it was really three carrots and salt water. Super disappointed for $9. Wont be back to any Panera at this point.

Why is this Panera always out of bread? Literally every time I order from here they are out of baguettes. PANera… bread is in the name… There is actually a baguette in your logo. This happens 3x a month. Please order bread better.
