This is 2nd time in 2wks I've pick-upordered the Mac&Chz w/BACON & only got Mac & Chz- when you're sitting at hospital in middle of night & you want something specific & you pay that high price for that little bowl isn't even full either - not to mention I customized my sandwich & they didn't do it correctly either (bbq sauce on SIDE)š¤¦š»āāļø- please panera- do better & pay attention to the details on order!!!

When really wanting the comfort food of Panera late night after getting off from work. Thereās no better place to go. The food was delicious and HOT which is everything you want when other options available just arenāt as comforting. Service was top notched. To be open 24hrs remind yourselves weāre so lucky that they are. Will be coming back!

I love how creative their seasonal menu items are.
They gave me chicken salad instead of tuna saladā¦ As if I canāt tell the difference. Iāve been pescatarian for over 6 years. I donāt believe in returning food in fear that they would do something gruesome to my meal. Do better!!

This was located inside the hospital at vcu in Richmond. Thoroughly enjoyed the food as always The problem was between the internet Uber eats and door dash I ended up not being able to get the delivery done had to go to the kiosk inside the hospital to get the food and they were completely out of suit so as always all the food was good they just ran out too quick
