I went to Panera to buy food. I asked the cashier for the price before I could purchase and for some odd reason, she wouldn’t tell me so I started holding her accountable by asking her questions about the menu. After I received my food, I noticed that it was severely Sabatoged. There were missing ingredients. I was also worried they may have spit in it. I will never visit Panera again. I’m going to chipotle from now on.

I've been here several times; the atmosphere and staff are pleasant. But today I went and the food is always the same: the bread is too stale and my mac and cheese was cold. I understand they have it frozen, but please heat it thoroughly.

You accuse your staff of being thieves in large signs visible to the public at the checkout line- WTAF! Never going here again, and blasting this on social.

Service piss poor , a customer walks in, they look at you and walk off. This is the reason why businesses are losing money. And they should I will never go back to this location. I will spend my money where it's appreciated

I came here for the first time. I’m new to the area. I stood at the register, waiting for someone to acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes. At least 3 employees, one being a manager, walked past me, looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me. When someone did come over they tried to serve the person behind me who had just got there before me. I waited all of that time only to find out that they were out of what I wanted to eat. 👎🏼 plllt!

I came in to place an order and I said hello to this girl named Anne and she is looked at me without greeting me and proceeded to do what she was doing. I was just trying to be nice but for some reason she has a nasty attitude and doesn't seem like she wants to help or do her job. that type of customer service I'd unnaceptable. do better or find a job where you dont have to speak to people. other than my rude encounter the staff who prepared my soup was wonderful and made it with great speed. I always come to this panera because they are fast and the place is clean.

Ordered a half dozen Bagels and a cookie. Not sure why my food was thrown in the bag like a sack of laundry. Bagels should have been boxed or atleast in a separate bag. Mind you both employees I spoke to were rude , the one at the food counter snatched the ticket out of my hand then another employee snatched food out of my bag because I was given too much food . Customer service is lousy. Employees need to be retrained.

The food tastes fine, what you expect from a Panera. The service was fine I guess, it is mostly order kiosks so no real employee interaction. My biggest disappointment is the cost of the food compared to the size of the meal, I got a full sandwich and a bowl of soup, no drink, the cost was just under 20 dollars. For that amount I expected a larger sandwich with a nice amount of filling, but there wasn't even a fourth of a cup of chicken salad meat on my whole sandwich. The size of the sandwich looked like it came from the kids menu, and for the amount I paid for it I was very disappointed. The bowl of soup was more the expected amount, but for 9 dollars for a bowl of tomato soup I feel like Panera prices are out of control. Won't be bothering anymore.
