Slowest service ever. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make one meal when you have 5 people on the line and 2 other small orders in the queue.

Overall, usually a good level for service and food, but this time the hot chocolate was meh, no strong flavor or richness. The toasted bun was just right.

My food was thrown in the bag with no care and I had to piece my avocado toast back together. And my 2 Soufflés weren’t even put in the bag. I was sooo dissatisfied.

Since when does a bacon turkey bravo have chicken on it. Clearly the sandwich makers do not know how to make the sandwiches correctly or follow directions. Did a take out rapid order. How disappointing as this is not how I asked for my sandwich to be prepared… chicken does not look like turkey. I also asked for no tomato but yet, tomato is on my sandwich. What a waste of $13.

First time I’ve been back in a couple months after getting my order wrong multiple times in a row. Apparently the new “era” at Panera is not putting protein on the sandwiches. Here’s the ad vs the actual sandwich. Over $12 for bread, less than 1 oz of chicken, and was missing the cheese altogether.

The food was not prepared properly had to have them remake my avocado toast and it still did not look right it looked liked it was thrown at me god awful customers.service unsanitary
