Waited 20 minutes before someone came to register to take order then didn't receive proper order, no extra dressing and chicken in salad that I paid for.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich rapid pickup online and arrived a couple minutes early. That was a mistake they then made sure to make me wait, for 12 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. Won't be going back
Man, I get more coupons from this place than actual food because they mess up delivery orders SO often, always late or leaving off food items or sending the wrong food

Ordered rapid pickup. My sandwich was given to me with more than half of the toppings not even on the sandwich. The cheese was literally still stuck together, I had to peel the slices apart myself to get more than one bite of a giant block of cheese right in the middle of the sandwich. Avocado wasn’t even sliced. Just two whole pieces that didn’t stay on the sandwich. It was an absolute mess.
I also modified my sandwich to have NO aioli, but there was an orange aioli sauce all over half of the toppings. I do not like mayo. That is why I MODIFIED my sandwich to not have any. Overall terrible experience and this isn’t the first time this location has given me a sandwich like this.
Really hard bread, didn't even ask if we wanted it toasted or not (Hard as a Rock). 2 : ½ sandwiches &a salad $40...
If you are going to lock the bathrooms put the code on the receipt. Nobody wants to have to ask the busy staff for the code.

How is the soup restaurant out of spoons? Send someone over to Kroger and get some more.
What are we doing here?
I came to this restaurant because I happened to be in the area and I was meeting up with my daughter to help her with her homework. We ordered a couple of drinks and a snack. Nothing to write home about so far, however when we went to pick our items up, this is the part of the review that gets interesting.
As I approached the counter I recognize what I ordered and proceeded to pick it up. However one of the workers in the back ask me if I was Dave, I told her I was not so she gave me a weird look and I took a few steps back to continue to wait. There were only three customers in the restaurant with me waiting for food and each one of those customers were served. Finally the person behind the counter was wondering how come the food wasn't picked up.
She looked closer at the receipt to discover she had initially called the wrong name. When I stepped up she asked me why I had not come forward to correct her and I told her I was going to and that when I stepped forward she told me it wasn't mine. She became irrational in talking loudly with her coworkers about my incompetent display and other things but I walked away to avoid a situation.
My daughter was unable to study, because the two women would not stop talking loudly about the situation and what music they prefer to indulge. At that point I refilled my beverage and we left the restaurant, I wouldn't recommend this particular location. But I'm assuming it's just those two workers. I didn't find a manager while I was there but I will be reaching out to higher ups about the incident.
Please do better, I really like the butternut squash soup, but won't ever stop into this location to get it again.

Such a great experience through a crazy rush !! waited in line for a while but your associate Carina definitely made it worth the wait. She is kind, informative and patient (i couldn’t decide what i wanted after all that time lol) BIGGGGG Shoutout to Carina. Will visit again soon :)

Really dirty restaurant. My breakfast sandwich was microwaved! Not actually cooked or warmed in an oven. Horrible experience. Really gone down since I was here several years ago.

They have roaches. Tables were dirty and dishes were overflowing in the return. Gross. Very curious what the sanitation rating is.

DON’T GO OR SPEND MONEY HERE!
I never write reviews but everyone needs to be informed. I gave this Panera multiple chances, and both experienced were terrible. The first time (2 years ago), I ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived, my order was not ready and when it finally came out, it was wrong. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order the night before for rapid pick up.
When I arrived, my order was not there. I told an employee, and when he asked a coworker to make an iced latte with an extra shot (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR), she rolled her eyes while I was at the front of the counter. Completely unnecessary attitude, especially when all I was doing was picking up my food I had already paid for. When I finally got my meal, it was wrong again. I paid extra for additional items on my sandwhich instead I got a bland , incomplete sandwhich with just an egg, tomato, and chicken. Not what I order and definitely not worth the money.
Also, if someone unhoused took my food, that’s one thing and understandable but what is really frustrating is that this location does not seem to keep track of whether your order is actually there or stolen. There’s zero accountability or communication around it, which adds to the disappointment.
This location needs better customer service, staff training, and accountability. Customers should not have to deal with attitudes, repeated mistakes, and being charged for items they don’t receive. Save the frustration and get food somewhere else like Stella’s.
I don't like writing negative things about businesses because I do understand everybody can have an off day. However when it takes you 25 minutes to get your coffee and it was made wrong...something needs to change. I normally have nothing but nice things to say about Panera but unfortunately this location has been in Decline the last four times I've been in there. Because like I said I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I think I will just have to find a different location.
