Very bad service, drive through worker almost throw the food on me. I still said thank you! she closed the windows and left.

Too many parking spots taken by those waiting for orders, leaving only a few for those who wanted to eat inside.

The worst Panera. Cooperate needs to step in and teach these employees how to operate efficiently. Slow and incorrect. The employees are standing around while the line is over 30 minutes long. Management needs to be retrained and the employees skill level needs to be reevaluated and changed as needed.

There's no reason why should be waiting close to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru at the window for two soups and a salad. There is no reason why I should have been able to finish my coffee while sitting here and still didn't get the food. This wait is atrocious compared to the food being right there ready to dip from the line.

Literally in the line as I type this! I have literally been in line for almost 15 minutes, and I only got a bagel and some cream cheese, by the time I got to the window my bagel was cold! They made me late for school because I had enough time to stop and get breakfast, but because they took so freaking long I was late for class! This Panera has got to be the slowest, most Unorganized and lacking great customer service along with time management. When I got to the window, I told the lady my order which I had already placed online. She asked me several times for the name! There needs to be a staff meeting, or some type of training because people cannot read or listen to basic instructions!

Was running very late last night and got there 10 minutes before closing. The excellent staff still made me my order and were very pleasant. As always, the brocoli cheddar soup, bread, and turkey sandwich were all delicious~

Was there yesterday and saw cockroaches running around by the front register. I told the staff and she just looked at me and made no attempt to alert any other staff member or take care of the situation. That’s disgusting.

Went there for lunch to order soup. They were out of every one of them except the broccoli and cheese. Tried to order a sandwich but no bacon or avocado. So , I ordered a salad, which was not want I wanted.
Stood there for 25 mins to get the order. All pick up drivers around the counter which was coming in after me.
Told the manager that walk in customers should be serviced first since we made the time to come in. Manager said that she was aware. I told her being aware and doing something about it was totally different and needed to fix the problem. Others were at tables waiting for their food. All the drivers were shoving their phones in employees face while they were getting orders ready. Went outside to leave, all the uber eats drivers were a the curb. No one could get around them and no one could back up. Walked back inside the store, told them they needed to move their cars so we could get in and out. No one moved while the manager, just looked at me. Told them again! One said after we get our food. Told the manager again that this was a problem and they should have to park like us regular customers. Had to wait another 5 mins to get out of the parking spot. Wont be going back there again even if they did have the food that is advertised!!
