My order was supposed to be ready at 8:05. It is 8:30 and I am still trapped in the drive-through line waiting. Pathetically slow service. I’ve promised myself I won’t visit this location anymore and now I will stick to that.

If I could give this Panera location 0 stars I would. The drive thru wait time is always at least 20 minutes and there is always something missing from your order! If you choose to eat at this location be sure to CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT! And I would highly recommend skipping the drive thru and just going inside or else you will be waiting days to receive your food.

Bizarre experience at this Panera. Super long line of people waiting and orders coming out slow as molasses. Many people canceling and the staff take it all in stride, like it’s normal to have a line of people waiting to cancel their orders.

I went to this Panera for lunch with a friend of mine. She was buying so I figured I'd take her up on the offer. Although I did have some what of an issue here with the lunch I ordered. The management was quick to correct it and so I just want to thank them for all that they did to correct the issue and I want to thank the young lady who was the cashier which I forgot her name but she has long hair and a ponytail and glasses. She was very very nice to me and I really appreciate it her. She's definitely a keeper as well as the manager. Challenges are going to rise every single day of Our Lives. And it's how we respond to those challenges that really matter. So thank you ladies you are appreciated

Was reminded of why I haven’t been here in years. Online order of soup and salad took 20 minutes to actually receive.
Edited to add that since my only gripe was the slow service (my meal was good) I went back today to find that a decade later, they are still inconsistent with ingredients as well. Feta is my favorite part of the Greek salad and it was left off! Smh and still another 15 minute wait!!

I love Panera‘s seasonal soup especially the autumn squash soup paired with any of their delicious sandwiches. Great place to meet up with your friends for a quick bite to eat.
Parking: There is parking at this location however it’s not a lot. The restaurant Carina‘s is located next door and I’m sure their customers park there as well.

If you are a delivery driver, DO NOT try to pick up at this location at night time, they take forever when the food is supposed to be either almost done or halfway through making it. During the daytime they are quick but nighttime is a mess. If you don’t want to wait more than 15 minutes it’s not worth it
Missing and incorrect items from the order, even though the bag had the sticker and receipt indicating items were checked and confirmed. The only part of my order that was correct was my breakfast souffle. I received a blt sandwich instead of a tuna fish sandwich. The chips ordered were missing. The cinnamon crunch bagel was also missing. After calling the store, I was on hold for about 10 minutes, waiting for the manager to look up my order number. The manager was apologetic and offered a refund. However, because the order was processing my refund request could not move forward at that time. Employees need more preparation and training to ensure orders are packaged accurately. Is it my fault I did not look in the bag before leaving to ensure my correct order?

Parking: Lots of construction workers from the nearby construction leave their cars in the parking lot making it difficult to find parking at times.
