3.19 for a small fountain drink is crazy. Not having the decency of putting the cups out for the customer so they can drink a soda while they wait for the food is even crazier. Granted maybe they’re worried about people stealing drinks because of how stupidly expensive they are. Really management shooting themselves in the foot.

Usually, food and coffee are decent here. Lately, I've been getting old or burnt coffee that's (obviously) awful. It's not all the time but, c'mon. Nobody wants old coffee. Please dump the old stuff first.

Not sure about the other locations but this location is not using fresh grilled chicken and it's salads. The chicken I used to get had an herb based on it and it was firm and fresh tasting. The chicken I got on my salad today had grill marks on it Panera breads does not have a grill in their kitchen so this chicken comes pre-made with grill marks which means it comes with quite a bit of preservatives it was the equivalent of deli chicken with grill marks.

35 minute wait for sliced bagels. Forgot to tell me they were out of bagels and just let me wait. Then found bagels but forgot to toast them. Finally had to track someone down to go collect untoasted bagels and get them in a bag.

This Panera is a beautiful location and the staff is super friendly. I placed a catering order for coffee carriers yesterday afternoon. They were ready on time this morning and they insisted on helping me get the order to my car. I love when a plan runs smoothly! Thank you!

The atmosphere is your typical fast food look. My sandwich was so-so, and the French onion soup was not up to the standards of any French onion soup I've had before. It was very bland and almost cold. I don't want to eat there again.

Food was Hot and fresh Taste ok. Bread makes a Difference ran out of Normal bread used for grill cheese.
I got a spinach, bacon, quiche, and coffee. That was very good but a bit pricey. very clean and bright with comfortable seating.

I ordered the bakers dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a sandwich around 7:30 am to be picked up at 12:45. I hate to complain but the only horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Panera Bread. I get in the drive thru line to pick up my order and at 12:45 told not ready get behind a white car. Drove around white car leaving parking lot. Go back to drive thru window told to wait at stop sign order not ready. Person come out after a few minutes tells me they don’t have my 2 plain bagels that I had ordered around 5 hrs ago they’d substitute. Finally get my order . The 5 everything bagels were ok. All the other bagels were flat and hard and rubbery. Like stale , left out and hard. In today’s times money is tight. I bought these as a treat. The sandwich was great. Unfortunately except for 5 bagels the other 8 were horrendous and to rubbery and hard to eat so I’ll have to buy bagels elsewhere. Oh I did find notification after the fact running late in an email that I open daily no text message. Waste of time and money will not be going back to that Paneras. I won’t be paying for stale hard bagels that seemed like leftovers when they had over 5 hrs notice

The steel cut oatmeal is my new breakfast favorite.
I used to go for pizza, it's the only place where we used to eat pizza but now we can't find it anymore. What a shame because they were rich. If one day they return to the menu we will visit them again ?
