This was our first time ever visiting your establishment and for first time customers I will NEVER go back!! We ordered on line to pick up in drive thru, my husband went to get and he did not know he had to stop at the order board so he drove to window, nobody else was in line. He sat there totally being ignored by the staff he could read their lips saying “what does he want, I’m not going to check”……. Then a car came up behind him so they had to ask and the person very rudely said “what does you want” my husband replied I’m here to pick up my order, she said “you have to tell us at the drive thru board” he replied I didn’t know. So after getting or order he came home and I told him if it would of been me I would of demanded my almost $26 back. What horrible customer service !! I tried calling the store for more than a hour with nobody answering so I called one in short pump which they answered on first ring I got the customer care phone number from her which she was extremely nice and professional, and I will definitely call on Monday to report such crappy service and for the money the sandwiches were not great nor even good. A waste of money that’s for sure

I ordered delivery through the Panera app but the DoorDash driver that delivered it out my drink and food in front of my door and when I opened it the drink spilled all over everything. I called this Panera and the gentleman that answered was so kind and helpful. They offered me a full refund but I asked if they could just resend my order. He said they could and my food should be out to me within 30 min. My food came quickly and was delicious. They made what would have been a regretful experience a great experience.

I placed a take out order for myself, husband, and son on the website, the broccoli cheddar soup was not available. Fine I chose something else. I requested no tomatoes on my sandwich but three tomato slices were there. I ordered a cup of bacon Mac & cheese, my husband got a cup of wild rice soup, and my son a bowl of bacon Mac & cheese. We spent over $54 and we didn’t receive my son’s bowl of bacon Mac and cheese. Tried to call approximately ten times and the message said to call after 7 pm and no one ever answered. If it rings too many times then it hangs up on you. Why should I drive 12 minutes down the road to get something that should have been in the bag and was clearly on the receipt. Then to call a make the problem known for no one to even answer.

It’s too bad your salads don’t look like what is pictured in your TV ads. At Henrico VA location on Staples Mill RD are skimpy. Also your remodels are cold and sterile.

We placed a drive thru pickup order, arrived at the started ready time and waited an additional 7 minutes for our food; but that's typically no big deal. Got home and plated my sandwich, took a bite and it tasted off. So I smelled it, and the chicken smelled like fecal matter (sort of like chitterlings). I had to throw my $15 sandwich away because it was poorly made and likely a food poisoning incident just waiting to happen. Moved on to my broccoli and cheddar soup, and was disapointed to find it had a powdery texture and was luke warm, at best. Don't think I'll be giving this location a visit in the future. It was just an expensive disappointment.

I haven’t eaten at a Panera in awhile since the one closer to me is not well run or clean. However this one really sets the bar for the other paneras I have been to. It is clean inside and out the employees are kind and helpful and the food prepared and presented beautifully. Thank you guys

3.19 for a small fountain drink is crazy. Not having the decency of putting the cups out for the customer so they can drink a soda while they wait for the food is even crazier. Granted maybe they’re worried about people stealing drinks because of how stupidly expensive they are. Really management shooting themselves in the foot.

Usually, food and coffee are decent here. Lately, I've been getting old or burnt coffee that's (obviously) awful. It's not all the time but, c'mon. Nobody wants old coffee. Please dump the old stuff first.
