I love Panera but I purchased 2 large salads i asked for mixed greens because romaine has too many stalks by the time you take them out you don’t have a s salad I called directly back the gentleman said he would refund A week passed no refund so I contacted them again they promised to call back that was October I called again they said they couldn’t find me in thesystem they said they were in the office they needed to call the gm still after the I haven’t heard from them I called again they said the same thing, am I wrong for pursuing my replacement at this point do I give up on Panera like they have given up on me?

This isn't my first time at this Panera, and I'm disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn't completely shred the whole pieces that were placed in the freezer. The caramelized onions on my husband's sandwich were awful, and the soups were terrible. It's very different from any other Panera I've been to. I'll definitely never go back to this one again.

I have placed several Panera catering orders before at other locations, but I was absolutely blown away by this location's service. I ordered 4 bagel packs that needed to be delivered to 4 separate locations. The employee who packed my order not only made sure the bagels were varied correctly, but also put the plates and cream cheeses in separate bags for easy delivery. I did not request this, they just did it because they thought it would be helpful. I would definitely order catering from this location again.

If I could give zero stars, I would I’m new to this location move not a week ago in morning to try this place out since I have never tried Panera bread before we will definitely say it be the last I got the four cheese soufflé in the steak and weight the soufflé was OK Way too creamy in the steak and bake. I wasn’t even able to eat. It was uneditable. The baguette that I had it on was so hard I couldn’t even bite it. I bit it in. I cracked it too, trying to eat. It will not be going here again.

Asian chicken salad was meh. Someone else in our party ordered a half sandwich-not a Pick 2 and it was more than the posted price. I was told they only posted the pick 2 prices. That's decieving. If I come back, I'll know better, Panera.

Had some time to kill while waiting to pick up someone in the area. This was the perfect place to go. The atmosphere was great, quiet with light music in the background and very clean. The employees were pleasant and courteous. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. I will be back. 😊

I’ve noticed Panera’s accuracy and service has declined over the years. I have been receiving a lot of rapid pickup orders with no acknowledgment to my dairy allergies. I received a frontega chicken sandwich with cheese and tomatoes even though the order was requested without. I don’t have time to drive back to the restaurant to get the order fixed. Orders should be checked before going out.
