Was eating my sandwhich and bit into something hard. It’s part of a fake tip glue on nails. This is disgusting and disturbing because obviously they’re not wearing gloves

Food and service was good but the bathroom was awful. Floors were dirty, someone wiped crap on the wall in the stall. Emergency lights were hanging by wires, a safety hazard. Front door was really dirty.

The gentleman who answered the phone definitely did not want to help ! I accidentally said Craneberry crumb 'cake', he immediately said 'mam' this Panara Bread, we don't sell cake!!
Omg I never knew there was a Panera bread by my job until my co worker said and I’m so glad I came I order the macaroni and cheese and turkey and cheese sandwich and all I can say is yummy so fresh !!!!!! The overall customer service was beyond awesome !!! I did to go for my own reasons due to me not to go on big crowds because of my anxiety but definitely give this location a 12/10 !!!!

Great place to go do some work or just grab a meal. It is clean and conveniently located. There is plenty of parking.
Ordered bagels this morning for rapid-pickup. Got the notification that it was ready. Upon reaching there, realize it is not in the shelf. The employee tells me it has been stolen from the shelf. SMH. She offers a refund or asked me to come back after 3 hours, when a fresh batch of bagels will be ready. Cmon.
I offered to pick up tomorrow morning, and it was thankfully accepted. This store is slowly but surely deteriorating.
