Omg I never knew there was a Panera bread by my job until my co worker said and I’m so glad I came I order the macaroni and cheese and turkey and cheese sandwich and all I can say is yummy so fresh !!!!!! The overall customer service was beyond awesome !!! I did to go for my own reasons due to me not to go on big crowds because of my anxiety but definitely give this location a 12/10 !!!!

Great place to go do some work or just grab a meal. It is clean and conveniently located. There is plenty of parking.
Ordered bagels this morning for rapid-pickup. Got the notification that it was ready. Upon reaching there, realize it is not in the shelf. The employee tells me it has been stolen from the shelf. SMH. She offers a refund or asked me to come back after 3 hours, when a fresh batch of bagels will be ready. Cmon.
I offered to pick up tomorrow morning, and it was thankfully accepted. This store is slowly but surely deteriorating.

We come to this Panera when we’re visiting family in Richmond. Nov 2023 was our last visit, and we noticed a major improvement since our last visit. We were always greeted with a smile from the staff and delicious food options, but this time it was a pleasure to dine in for lunch. We reached out to the manager, Mia Duprey before we left to communicate our positive experiences with her, and to complement her and her team on a job well done. Bravo and keep up the good work!

Anytime I order from any Panera Bread, I always order the Toasted Italiano and normally it's awesome. However ordered from here today and not so great. It doesn't have half the toppings that are supposed to be on it. Basically was just meat and cheese. I love all the toppings on mine and did not ask for anything to be left off. Very disappointed.

It is one of the few places where I can buy clean, fresh bread with peace of mind, the employees are very polite, helpful and friendly, my first rule is what I look for in a business, the second is the cleanliness of the business, everyone's taste is different, it varies from person to person, the taste you like may not be liked by someone else, it is variable. It's one thing, but I'm sure you can find the flavor that unites all people here, why? Because there are so many options, it is definitely recommended?
Good food and customer service. Always room for improvement, but overall good experience. Prices are kind of high for half of salad and sandwich.

The food WAS amazing until you guys removed the napa almond chicken sandwich. The steak is terrible. Soups are decent and the chicken frontega is decent. But Panera listen not all hope is lost. If you bring back the OG's then I might change my rating.

This Panera is literally terrible. I went to use the Internet, but decided I would patronize them out of courtesy, as one does. They were out of every bread, except for bagels and white bread. No focaccia, no baguettes, no specialty bread. They give you an 8 ounce smoothie for seven dollars (go to smoothie king instead). But then, when I went to use the Internet, the woman at the front insisted it was working, despite it clearly not working on my cell phone or my laptop. I even showed her and after standing there for several minutes she just responded with “yes?” I work on computers for a living, I know how to connect to the internet and she told me it was me. Super rude and ignorant—they clearly needed to restart the router but refused to be helpful. Would not recommend patronizing this establishment. In fact, go to First Watch three doors down. The food and service are better.
