I always preferred another pizza chain to Papa John's, but that has changed over the last couple of years, and this location is always quick, polite, and helpful! That could be part of the reason why I've changed my opinion on which restaurant I prefer.
Restaurant up to normal Papa Johns standards. Order taker was cordial. Food was prepared properly. I used carryout and it was in good time. I was out of my normal area but I would use this location again if I'm the area.
At first I was really upset with this branch due to attention to detail when they gave me an incorrect order. I spoke with front desk who was really professional during this encounter. Im not going to lie, I was not being really polite due to me being hangry, so I do applaud the girl that was working the phone on 02/20/21 at 1720 hours. The manager told me to keep the incorrect order and a new order was delivered free of charge. I highly recommend this branch.
