Absolute trash management. Waited two hours for a pizza delivery only to discover the driver gave it to someone else who told him they didn’t order it. Maybe that should’ve been your first clue you were at the wrong address. Never bothered to call the number on the order, no apologies, nothing.

Whoever was the male manager on 8/4/25 very RUDE ... UNPROFESSIONAL, seems like he didn't care about the customers❗❗ I didn't want NO FREE PIZZA, I wanted THE CORRECT PIZZA , that me & my family ordered the first time, like be foreal. I'm NEVER the type to complain, but if I'm spending MY MONEY on something & it's not right I have every right to express myself, which I was VERY NICE about the situation. What was sent to me I wouldn't even feed to my dog or cats....it was literally NO SAUCE one pizza & Alfredo on the other (which we didn't order), Then the manager stated about a discount why would I want a discount when my first order was messed up I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
SIDE NOTE: he agreed to resend the pizza's out & said it would be a hour , which we were okay with. When we called back we were on hold & HE LIED ABOUT SENDING A NEW ORDER.

I live up the street and my boyfriend and I order pick up from here often. It's youngsters but they're really nice. The only complaint I have is some chick insisted i tip, which was pretty odd and desperate for a pick up order

I ordered on the app. I arrived at the store, the app said my order was ready. I went inside, the guy said it wasn't ready and would be ten minutes. I returned, waited about two minutes to speak with someone, told them I was picking up an order. Then I hear the guy in the back say it hasn't even been ten minutes yet, as though he is somehow being inconvenienced. I immediately left and checked the time, comparing it to the first time I went inside. It had been eleven minutes. You don't tell a customer their order is ready, tell them it will be ready in ten minutes, then when they return eleven minutes later insinuate that they cannot tell time, and their order clearly hasn't even been placed in the oven yet. I worked at PJ's years ago. I know how long it takes to make a pizza. They also lied, claiming I later picked up the order. This guy intentionally chose to not make my pizza because of my race.
I've ordered here quite often and the pizza's quality if always to my liking granted they have been hit or miss with the wings. If your looking for a family friendly meal you can order a pizza from here.
