Ordered pizza that never showed to be told driver beeped horn and my dogs were barking which they were not or I would known. If you don’t want to go knock on someone’s door then don’t deliver. No one honked a horn or came to my door they simply didn’t want to deliver. Then I get a voicemail and am unable to call the store. Pitiful

I ordered my pizza 15mins before 9 estimated latest time 9:43. It is currently 10:14pm my pizza is being delivered by door dash. And won't be delivered until 10:46 do I'm waiting 2hours for a pizza and whe I call the store front to cancel. Because they are open they don't close until 1am they keep hanging up on me! I will definitely be calling corporate. Worst service ever!

Please when someone asks for extra bake that means well done. It’s like you guys don’t even cook the cheese every time. Extra bake means it should have a brown cheese top. Not white like a ghost. Papa John’s isn’t what it used to be

This papa John's is the worst papa John's in Richmond. The pizza is way too thin, there was barley any sauce on the pizza ans the wings had to squeezes of sauce on the. I regret spending 45 dollars. This restaurant sucks and needs to shut down because it's only getting worst not better.

this place frequently cancels orders or loses online pick up orders. about 50% of them. not sure why this store has so many problems but your best bet is to call in or order inside, otherwise can't guarantee they'll even get your order. don't even think about delivery unless you literally have all day or night. people at the counter are frequently easily confused or rude.
