Everytime I order from this store it’s always a problem!! Can’t never get the order right, food be cold, no good customer service, you tell them how you want your food & they do the opposite! Even the manager when I went i store was rude & unprofessional

Ordering ahead for the office at their request, I noticed a deal and ordered an XL NY style pizza for dinner. My husband said it reminded him of the pizza at the ice rink when he was a kid. Very little sauce, hard thin crust, looked nothing like the ad. ? I couldn’t find anything local or better near my office so went ahead with the team’s suggestion so ordered regular crust pizzas and they turned out really pretty good! Hot and fresh and tasty from the same store. I checked the box on the orders for text updates and got them for the first pizza but didn’t get any for the next one. Whenever I talked to them at the restaurant they were great.

The customer service I received today was hands down the best I had in awhile! My partner and I decided to get some late night grub. Papa Johns so happen to be the only place open. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smiling face from a gentleman with glasses and another gentleman who looked like the delivery man. They were both so nice and had great customer service! I was very happy with my service

"I find it stupid to arrive at the store and be told I have to order online. It doesn't cost them anything to take the order. Their argument was that they were about to close in two hours. They have zero customer service."
Was a waste and wish i could've received a full refund. I can't eat any of the food. If I could just leave a review without 1 star, I would. This, by far, was the worst meal. First off, I struggled to even pull a slice of pizza. I pulled the pizza apart, trying to get a slice. Then I ordered chicken bits that barely had sauce. They could have at least tossed them in sauce. My cinnamon bits were burnt just like the cheese sticks. Smh.... I called in to report my order, and I was on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back. I spoke to the manager and assistant manager. I had an option of getting free pizza at another time or they remake my order. I just received half of my money back. Speaking that the food was delivered. I will never order again.

The shop is across the street from where I work I ordered from them when I have to because there's nowhere else. And each time I order I asked the same question can I please get extra sauce on the pizza and it never comes on there actually there's like no sauce on it just like this time. Plus they're right across the street so how is it the pizza is cold by the time we get it and pay the $5 and change delivery charge

I ordered a large pizza from here the other day. I live RIGHT beside the Papa John's like literally rigt next door! So as SOON as I got the notification that my pizza was ready I immediately went to pick it up. Got to my house ...(a 60 second drive!) Opened the pizza and it's cold! Barely ANY warmth to it at all! How is that possible? I suspect my pizza was NOT made fresh and perhaps someone canceled or did not pick up an order and they decided to pawn it off on me! There is absolutely no way my pizza should have been cold like that! I was soooo angry and disappointed but I had ZERO time to go back and handle it because I had to get to work. So unfortunately I was stuck with cold ; hard pizza. If this is how they are operating now I will PASS. Papa John's is NOT cheap so when I bite the bullet and order there I have a reasonable expectation of HOT fresh pizza and that is NOT what I received.
