Was a waste and wish i could've received a full refund. I can't eat any of the food. If I could just leave a review without 1 star, I would. This, by far, was the worst meal. First off, I struggled to even pull a slice of pizza. I pulled the pizza apart, trying to get a slice. Then I ordered chicken bits that barely had sauce. They could have at least tossed them in sauce. My cinnamon bits were burnt just like the cheese sticks. Smh.... I called in to report my order, and I was on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back. I spoke to the manager and assistant manager. I had an option of getting free pizza at another time or they remake my order. I just received half of my money back. Speaking that the food was delivered. I will never order again.

The shop is across the street from where I work I ordered from them when I have to because there's nowhere else. And each time I order I asked the same question can I please get extra sauce on the pizza and it never comes on there actually there's like no sauce on it just like this time. Plus they're right across the street so how is it the pizza is cold by the time we get it and pay the $5 and change delivery charge

I have never in my life received such horrible service, my ordered was cancelled because I made it for delivery to close to closing time so I asked to switch to carry out and the employee berated me and called me a B**** because she was so upset she had to make an order! No one would give me their names they just kept hanging up on me. Store manager offered a sorry dry apology and when I asked for his boss information he told me I could call but basically don't waste my time because she is too busy to deal with my call and issue. No words to describe this experience....

I ordered a large pizza from here the other day. I live RIGHT beside the Papa John's like literally rigt next door! So as SOON as I got the notification that my pizza was ready I immediately went to pick it up. Got to my house ...(a 60 second drive!) Opened the pizza and it's cold! Barely ANY warmth to it at all! How is that possible? I suspect my pizza was NOT made fresh and perhaps someone canceled or did not pick up an order and they decided to pawn it off on me! There is absolutely no way my pizza should have been cold like that! I was soooo angry and disappointed but I had ZERO time to go back and handle it because I had to get to work. So unfortunately I was stuck with cold ; hard pizza. If this is how they are operating now I will PASS. Papa John's is NOT cheap so when I bite the bullet and order there I have a reasonable expectation of HOT fresh pizza and that is NOT what I received.

They messed up a delivery on March 4th 2023 at approximately midday. tried calling and the girls all gave attitude. The ticket clearly stated half meat half pepperoni and pineapple. They refused to remake and delivery. Once up there all you got was attitude. One girl was even postured to fight. The lovely delivery girl tried to call her work mates down. The pink haired girl did decide to remake it but the girl who was ready to fight said she would spit in my food! This is unbelievable and nasty! What types of people even threaten this type of thing? Besides the attitude of just doing your job threatening to put bodily fluid on someone's food has to be some type of crime. Waiting for some type of reply from corporate or their regional manager. This is very scarring and disturbing. Will never order or eat from there again. This is the type of people who are employed there so be careful if your order is messed up and you need to have it remade.. never know what they have done or will do with your food

White man is very nasty and rude to us.. we asked him can he make other pizzas or refund he hung up on us on the ph...pizzas is dry and flat.. we are disappointed and who is their top boss..At first he said no refund not my prblm then we said can u make other pizzas he said nope..
