Food was good other then being cold but that could be because it took an hour and half to get the food then to then to make matters worse when I called up there the lady was rude and said we have 100 orders we are behind on and hung up on me. I was being friendly and just asking what anyone would when there food was suppose to arrive a hour ago.

Yea these guys are absolutely horrible. Don't bother. Got a pizza delivered 2 weeks ago and thr pizza was left on my doorstep no knock no doorbell ring. After wondering for 50 minutes where our pizza was my wife checked the cameras and saw someone left it outside. Called them back and got hung up on called them back again and they told me they would redeliver.... 3 hours later no pizza.. called back they claimed they were closed even though site said they were still open 3 more hours. Told me they would give me a free pizza in the future... Called them today for free pizza and it looked like someone literally shook the box violently to mess up the pizza. Didn't bother eating because no idea what they did to it. They are rude spiteful and HORRIBLE customer service.... wish I read other bad reviews before ordering. STAY AWAY!!!

Worst papa johns in VA. Go somewhere else. If you want pj's drive to a different one. This is the 3rd time I've tried this location and I'll NEVER go back.

I'm a chronic bad review writer..but to my suprise when I walked into this papa John's the staff where polite energetic and on point..got my shaqaroni out exactly in the time they said they would..I was taken aback it was almost unbelievable I haven got fast polite service from a chain restaurant in so long..I'm not sure if this is even real or am I dreaming
Waited for 20mins for my order after saying it will be ready by then. Only to get a cold pizza and wings. Service was awful.. too much laughing and playing around and pulling up there pants just awful. I will never come there again for the money I spent for cold pizza and wings😡😡😡😡😡😡

I placed an order this Friday Nov 1. In advance came into pick up my order to see 6 other customers angry and saying they have been waiting an hour. I asked the associate for my order to only be told they haven’t even started it so I kindly requested it be cancelled. He stated he is going to cancel it now and stated my refund will take 3-5 business! I mentioned how in the app nor in my email it doesn’t show canceled and he stated it won’t send a notice but it has been canceled. I have been trying to reach someone at that store directly and the line hangs up. I called papa John’s customer service and the rep also can’t reach the store at all cause their line directly hangs up. The rep stated they didn’t even cancel my order and shows the order is still pending to be made from Nov 1. I’m furious because I’m charged for something I didn’t receive when I wasted my gas arriving there and I’m even more furious because I’m told to drive to the location to waste more gas for them to properly cancel my order AGAIN. No one is even going to compensate or make up for my two wasted trips there out of my way cause I don’t even live in that area.

The food was good but I went in the papa John’s and the cashier was very rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there to be there and he wasn’t answering any questions and just ignoring me also I waited 20 minutes for the food when the food was already ready 10 minutes ago he forgot to give it to me and I waited there and he looked at me multiple times I had to ask him where it was at very unprofessional.

New to the area, First time ive ordered at this papa johns. Took 20 mins longer than the latest time they said it would be delivered. Pizza was COLD, the cinnamon pull aparts looked liked they been sitting in a warmer all day.. everything was unappetizing!! $36.00 down the drain.. NEVER AGAIN....
