Well I didn't even Get to Eat here this particular night, but I lived on North Ave for Years and have eaten here before in the past.This night I was omw home and Just decided to order a pizza because I didn't feel like cooking. So, I ordered the Pizza online for pickup... But when I got there THEY Acting like We don't have that order, are you Sure you Ordered here! And I'm like Yes... I even Showed her the Order Number!... She Checks with someone and comes Back to the window and Says, You Sure you didn't Order from Domino's?.... I just smiled and Said Don't Even worry about it, have a nice night before pulling off!! Could of ALL been Avoided, if she would of instead of Trying to GRILL me Down About how I ordered, just TAKEN My Damn Order... But Oh Well... Same old Papa John's.

I love it when we call up Big Paaapa! Out of the pizza chains around us, we typically have the best luck here, tonight included. Everything was on time, garlic dippies were delivered, and the grub was good.The Philly Cheesesteak Pizza is worthy of the name in my opinion, with each bite sending cheesesteak signals to my brain. And we just HAD to order the Jack-o'-lantern Pizza, which ended up giving me Ronald McDonald vibes but that's ok.The chicken wings had the same oven-baked, fall-off-the-bone tenderness they always have, which is fine. Oh, and blue cheese bonus boyeee!Additionally, the new Hot Lemon Pepper option is a winner. The tangy seasoning pairs well with the spice in the sauce and creates the sort of flavor they've needed for their wings for a long time.PEPPERONCINI PEPPER RATING: 7/10

No idea how the food tasted because the delivery guy tried to fight us in the parking lot. Dead serious. Do background checks on your psychotic employees or something. It was nuts. Driving a black jeep if anyone cares who’s reading this.

Foreigners are not welcome to work here ... Favoritism inside the store ... Until when ? Can they fix this issue or what ? If not ,I will fix it by my self ...
Ordered pizza for delivery and this is what we got. Called them and they said they will send a new one and to return this pizza. So on top of waiting 35 minutes for this train wreck we now have to wait for the replacement. Refused to give a refund or even a discount for this inconvenience.

FYI…. Do Not Eat at PAPA JOHNS at 4744 South laburnum Ave Richmond Va 23231. My son and his 7 friends ordered $200 worth of pizza, wings, garlic knots, etc on Saturday night. 6 of the 8 have good poisioning. I called Papa Johns and they said there is nothing they can do. They gave me a telephone that is supposed to be to the corporate office and I get nobody. Oh yeah they also referred me to the health inspector. Basically they are not worried or concerned about the issue and said that they will not be able to issue any type of refund. I will not stop here. I will figure out a way to get something done about this issue. I just want everyone to know if you thinking about going there it may not be a good idea. Apparently something is not right there. If I could take that 1 star back I would. They apparently don’t care about the quality of their food and that it is making people sick.
