It was unfortunate because I was a dummy and ordered the new Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza via DoorDash and not through Papa John's and paid about $10 more since Papa John's has a deal. I wasn't paying attention and was starving. I also didn't taste any garlic. It was no different than any other stuffed pizza I've had, which is not exciting to me. I was really hoping for more of that "garlic flavor."

I ordered a pizza and a pepsi..at 727pm..at 7:50 pmI received a text saying pizza was on way..pizza arrived at 8:34pm and it was cold !!!! and the driver forgot my soda!!!!!..and had to go back and get it!!!..my soda was delivered at 8:54pm!!!

Please do not order from this location. My experience was god awful. I placed an order for delivery and they brought the wrong pizza to my house. I called to rectify the situation and get the correct pizza only for the employee to respond with “what do you want me to do about it?” and hung up in my face! I drove to the location only to see the same employee on the phone with another customer and did the exact same thing! He literally put the phone on the counter ,never picked it back, and just walked away! After talking with the manager I was able to get a refund but even that was a headache. Steer clear of this location. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

I would give them a zero but can't go that low. Ordered pizza for delivery to motel front desk saw delivery car in parking lot, driver did not deliver pizza just drove away. I called the order desk and was told the delivery driver could not find the hotel...they said they tried to call the hotel but no one answered.

Processed the order and made pizza quickly. Our pizza rode around with the driver for the next 45 minutes. Tracked the order through the website. Kept extending delivery time until it just gave up providing delivery time window. Go somewhere else.P.S. don't tip in advance!!!
