I would make these five stars; however, Papa Johns needs to tighten up with their 3rd party vendors who take orders from the local number provided by Google, who I believe live in India. It's very difficult to understand them, they find it difficult to repeat the order, the order is too often incorrect at no fault of the local staff, this does not support the local economy only the CEOs fat pockets, and the prices are higher to cover the cost of using this 3rd party vendor. Shame on Papa J.
Once the staff explained this, and provided their direct line to place future orders, all orders have been 100% correct and the cost for a large pizza has been dramatically decreased from around $25ish to under $20 (estimates only).
The staff must deal with many headaches every week bc of this selfish decision from the higher-ups. With that said, all the employees have always been extremely respectful, helpful, and still a pleasure to speak and interact with. I think they al deserve raises, and no, I do not know any of them personally.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with Papa John's to date. My pizzas and cheese sticks were all Amazing! They were cooked perfectly! I used the online ordering option and it was fast and accurate. There were plenty of deal options to choose from that were priced great. The customer service was top notch and should be recognized and commended. Great job Papa Johns!

I know lots of people like Papa John's Pizza and personally I just do not like the way Papa John's Pizza taste I'm sure lots of people out there do and that's fine but personally I just don't like the thick pizzas that they make I don't like the cheeses that they use and I just don't like to talk I hate to cut anybody down anybody that loves it that's great that's fantastic there's a million people out there that love it that's fantastic but somebody brought one to my house and gave it to me and I wasn't happy with the way it tasted that's just my opinion I'm sorry if it upsets people but that's all I can say about it

Ordered a pizza for delivery several hours before the delivery time, which was set for 5:30pm. By 6 I hadn’t gotten anything or any updates, so I tried calling—every time I tried to call, it would ring and then disconnect. The pizza never came and I could never get through to the store. Just hoping I can get my money back at this point.

ordered from here quite a few times since it's a 3 minute WALK from my house, never had any issues. except recently.the website hasn't been letting me enter a delivery address and only gives me carry out options. i usually just ignored this and ordered delivery from pizza hut because i'm a teenage girl and am not gonna walk out there at 10pm.well pizza hut is closed and my mom wanted pizza so i asked her boyfriend if he could pick it up.we place the order and wait a while, he goes to pick it up, and they tell him that they never received an order from us when both me and my mom got a confirmation email. of course we got pissed but decided to drop it and order one there. my mom and i just got a text message saying that our order is out for delivery but how is that possible when we never put a delivery address?just wasted an hour of my time and i still don't know if i'll be getting that pizza or not. horrible.

3rd time we've ordered from here and either did not receive our food or received the wrong order. It's always an excuse....new driver or some other poor excuse. Save yourself the 1-2 hour long wait with wrong food. Horrible location ?
