Originally set up my order for delivery on the app they completely screwed that up and set it up for pickup set it up for a half cheese half bacon pineapple and banana pepper made the whole piece of that way and told me I was wrong and then all for me anything except for it to remake my pizza for me to pick up no refund nothing worst service I've ever had

This review could have been an excellent story about customer service when mistakes happen, because we are all human after all. But it most definitely is NOT. We ordered food about 6:45.Took awhile to get made, which we understood because it was Friday night. At 8:00 got a notification that the pizza was on the way. At 8:15 got a message that the pizza had been delivered. It had not. Called, got put on hold immediately. After 10 minutes, called from a different phone while still on hold with the first. Got an answer, and NOT put on hold! So I explained what happened, and was put on hold while he “figured out what was going on”. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes again, I called back from the first phone. Explained AGAIN what was happening. Was told that they were waiting for the driver to return, then he would bring us our food because he had the wrong order, but details were very vague, no apologies at ALL for the mix-up, and he guessed it would be about a half hour but didn’t really know, and seemed annoyed that I wanted to know. I am positive the delivery drivers have phones and communication between drivers and the stores should be better than this. At this point it was nearly 9:00 and we had a very hungry and cranky kid (as well as adults), so we decided we would cancel the order since we had no way of knowing when or if it would arrive and go get something fast somewhere else. As we called back to tell them this, the delivery driver pulled in our driveway (so definitely had NOT gone back to the restaurant). Our order was correct, but was lukewarm at best. All in all, terrible experience and will be using other pizza delivery from now on.

No good. Told I was getting a make up delivery for a messed up order, it’s been over an hour now and nothing. Called twice, both times I was told it be fixed and delivered

Today I placed a delivery order at approximately 3:40. I was told between 28 and 38 minutes. At 4:30 I called to check the status. I was told the delivery person had left the building.We live 10-12 minutes away . I left for work, my wife said it arrived at 5pm,an hour and 20 minutes. It was cold. When I called back I was told that they are short staffed and she had several orders to deliver.Even though I was told the next one would be free..I find that explanation and service is be unacceptable.

Totally disappointed today. I placed my order online at 10:50 am and a pizza arrived at 11:10 which would've been wonderful if it had been anything that I had ordered. I called at 11:15 to let the manager know I had gotten something completely different than what i ordered. He said it was his mistake and that he'd have another sent out. I waited another 50 minutes and still no pizza so I called again. The same manager said he forgot to give it to the driver on his last run but that it was leaving the store now. Finally at 12:40......almost TWO HOURS after I placed my order a very cold pizza was delivered. If there was ever a circumstance where a credit was due or maybe a "next pizza free" this would've been it. I was very polite on both of my phone calls despite my annoyance (and hunger) but I barely even got an apology from this manager. The driver was very kind and since it wasn't his fault I felt obligated to tip him again for the second trip to my house so this was one very expensive cold pizza. You would just expect management to try to make it right after they mess up someone's order like that but I guess my business wasn't important enough. So with the additional tip, I paid $27.76 for a cold one topping pizza that I didn't even enjoy. I wont be ordering from there again anytime soon. Like I said....totally disappointed today.

I love big New Yorker foldable Pizza but what I don't like is the 599 delivery fee did Papa John's just keeps. How much of that actually goes towards the driver probably not much if anything at all

I want to give a better review. I have been ordering from this spot for years, and no issues. I've had issues in 2/3 of my last deliveries. The thing that really bugs me is how the delivery drivers respond to you when something is wrong. Instead of being courteous and willing to solve the issue, they want you to just forget.For example, Driver enroute to my house on Papa Track. I get the "delivered message", but they didn't deliver it to me. Call the store, and store agrees to send me my order. So now I am waiting longer, offered no consolation. Then the new driver shows up without my drink. I point this out and the driver complains that I would be taking the next orders drink? What about my drink?Next order goes smoothToday: Driver shows up without drink, parmesan cheese packets, garlic cup, red pepper packets, and extra pepperoncini. All of which I paid my $$$ for.I can't change the tip after ordering on the website, because ultimately I believe its the drivers fault. Well ultimately its the Managers fault for not properly training the drivers.I think Dominos would be a better option!
