Pearl’s Bake Shoppe made our wedding cake and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the tasting to the big day everything was seamless and our cake was scrumptious. We especially liked the berry compote filling in one of our tiers.

We chose Pearl's to make our wedding cake because they are vegan friendly, quick to respond to communication, and the cake was so good! We opted to pick up our desserts and take them to the venue ourselves. On our wedding day the cake had some damage to it due to no fault of the bakery. Pearls came out and fixed it! I would have never known that it wasn't perfect if my day of coordinator didn't let me know. Also the cake was delicious, we loved it and can't wait to swing by for some vegan cupcakes in the future. Would highly recommended their services to anyone... but maybe opt in for delivery. It's worth it!

Excellent cupcakes and friendly service. I follow a vegan and gluten free diet and it is amazing they have 2 types of cupcakes available everyday and you can special order many more flavors. Today they also has a vegan and gluten free brownie available which was a nice bonus. I have had different flavors over the years and all are tasty and presented nicely. I’d recommend!

When I went to order my cake, everybody was professional and prompt and very kind. I asked very detailed messages on how the cake was made, and how it would be supported. I was reassured that there would be a support doll in the cake all the way through along with supports between each layer. When I went to pick up the cake and brought it home, I noticed it started to buckle it and pout and leaned sideways, a few hours after that my cake had completely crumbled. There was no support Beall in the middle of the cake between all three layers and the supports they used in each layer to support the top layer. There was only two supported in the cake on the bottom layer Little to say cake fell over. I will never go to pearls again for any order. They did refund me 50% which is okay not what was acceptable in my mind this was my wedding cake. I am not happy with it at all.

Huge fan. I'm a pastry chef from out of town, visiting for an event. We ordered a cake, regular cupcakes, gluten free and vegan cupcakes, and all tasted great, on top of being beautiful. Would order from here again.

My wife got me a German chocolate cake for my birthday, and it is awesome! Rich, decadent chocolate cake. Perfect ratio of frosting and coconut filling. Nice attention to detail with the frosting - it looks great!

The positive first, the sales person taking my order was wonderful. She was very nice and helpful. The frosting on the cupcakes was top notch. Absolutely delicious. The negative...the manager/owner (not sure her position) sitting at the desk to the left seemed bothered that I (a paying customer) was intruding on her day. She was curt and obviously too busy for me. The cupcakes themselves were dry and disappointing. None of my guests finished an entire cupcake. Most of it went in the trash. I was embarrassed about that. All in all, the wonderful clerk and the frosting are not enough for me to be a repeat customer.

Hand sculpted a baby yoda cake for my nephews birthday and it was AMAZING. Sometimes there beautiful decorative cakes taste awful but this one was DELICIOUS. They were also able to make use a vegan gluten free smash cake for our boy with allergy’s. We will be back 😎
