It was okay but not worth a 45 minute wait. The staff were pleasant but my partner wasn’t able to eat his food unfortunately because it had bell peppers in it which he’s allergic to but the menu didn’t specify that so it had to be sent back.

Great food. Awesome service. Can be a bit noisy with loud babies and children as it's a nice spot for families.

1st time eating here, I wish I had taken pictures. I will definitely be back. You have to try the dill and garlic fries

This is a great little restaurant in Richmond which serves up Jewish breakfast and tasty lunch sandwiches. They are only open until 3:00 p.m. Combination platter, Schnorrer has a little bit of everything... Eggs, bagel with a smear, latke potato cakes and choice of meat and it comes with coffee. Highly recommend it! The Reuben sandwich is also very good here. The Perly patty melt is very good as well. The pastrami here is very tasty and juicy. Sandwiches here are really good since the bread is grilled bringing out the flavor in the sandwich.

Wowwww! The food at Perly's is incredible. We stopped by on our visit to Richmond and after a wait (about an hour), we completely understand the wait. It's well worth it and actually goes by fast with the right person. We ordered the Ruben and the Patty Melt and it was so all so good. The fries are an anomaly, how are they breaded so well and cooked to perfection. This is definitely a must visit.

The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but all options are solid, unique and far from disappointing. If you’re a salmon-for-breakfast kind of person, this is your place. The latkes are also divine.

Some of the best food in richmond. Atmosphere is very old-school and every detail of the past has been honored.

WORTH THE WAIT! We waited in the market next door for 45 minutes and were DELIGHTED by the food we waited for: latkes, pierogies, matzo ball soup, Reuben, hot dog, bagel and shmear, tuna shmelt, patty melt, potato salad, fries, pickles- YUMMMM. Felt like a diner should feel like- friendly service without the chitchat, cozy booth to gather and gab, satisfying nosh.

It was wonderful! I always love their food when I go! Not enough seating sometimes, for 3 is an hr or more... so imagine any bigger parties. Don't get me wrong, we still wait!

I was told to update my review. Still after 8 years of coming here, I would return! Keep up the hard work!

*Miss you Chuck!*
