From the moment we stepped in, the experience at Phở 60 Cafe was nothing short of exceptional. The pho broth is incredibly flavorful and rich—clearly crafted with care and authentic technique—and each bowl came with fresh herbs, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions that left us completely satisfied. 
Every dish we tried—from the classic chicken pho to the shrimp spring rolls—was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The vermicelli bowls and bánh mì options are standout choices if you want even more flavor and variety. 
The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole meal even better. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is consistently quick and pleasant. 
The atmosphere is chill and comfy, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a delicious meal after a long day. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get, making Phở 60 Cafe one of our favorite spots for Vietnamese food in the area.

Pho 60 Cafe has the best Bun Bo Hue in Richmond, it always hits! My son loves their Bahn Mi. My husband has never settled on one dish but he hasn’t found one he doesn’t like yet. We also enjoy the rocket shrimp, spring rolls, and egg rolls. Service is always pleasant and quick.

I had Pho here. It was amazing, the broth flavorful was made from beef and bone marrow. I will add PHỞ 60 CAFE into my favorite list and will come here If i have a craving Pho. Moreover, service was fast and staff also extreme friendly. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

So glad I took a chance and tried this place, bc this is now my favorite Pho restaurant. The broth here is so flavorful and soothing, their chicken and their beef broken rice is amazing, their egg rolls(aka crispy rolls) remind me of mandu, honestly, every meal I eat here is just spot on perfect every time! Since trying this place I eat here at least once or twice a week, driving about 25mins to get here. I truly can't rave enough about Pho 60 Cafe!

Had lunch here on a whim. Glad I did. I've been a Pho fan for years and this place ticks all the boxes. The atmosphere was relaxed with piano jazz playing. I ordered spring rolls and Pho # 12. The spring rolls arrived within three minutes and were perfect. Recommend. The pho came shortly thereafter. Again perfect. Flavorful broth, ample meat and noodles and fresh sprouts etc. Good tabletop condiments as well. Check it out.
