Second time eating here. The first time, the server was very helpful and helped me order my Pho. Nice family atmosphere. If you come during week it may be more quieter.

As an Asian, I haven’t been happy about the limited and non-authentic options for Asian food in the Midlothian area. I’m also not a huge fan of pho and would rather make it at home than going to a restaurant when craving for it. BUT, oh boy, the food here has changed my views!
I ordered takeout and it didnt decrease the quality and experience at all (you know they are good when they are so thorough with the takeout options for soup-based food!!). The ingredients were fresh and clean; the broth was flavorful; the beef options were large portion and delicious.
The only thing that I would be picky about is the sweetness level of the broth. If it was less sweet, I would have finished the whole soup :)

The food was delicious. We ordered two grilled pork bahn mi sandwiches and shrimp and pork spring rolls. It was great quality for the price and the staff was very nice.

It feels homey and authentic. Best pho I've had for a great price. It's worth it to dine in rather than get take out, because you get more food. Their takeout service is also speedy and packed well so it's up to you. Either way a great food experience.

An absolute GODSEND.
We've needed a good pho spot in Midlothian for ages, and this one is an absolute home run. The Pho here is absolutely as good if not better than anything you've had off Horsepen Road and the Banh Mi are even better- that's a promise. Speedy, attentive service from friendly people; I'm in here typically more than once a week, and by now they know me quite well and typically bring my usual order before I even have to ask.
They have the typical accoutrements on the table: Sriracha, sambal, hoisin, soy sauce, and dam toi, but they also have chili crisp which I haven't seen anywhere else, and makes an incredible topping for the already delicious Goi Cuon spring rolls.
Come eat here, you will NOT regret it.

Got the pho chay was very good. Not sure about the broccoli and carrot addition? Broccoli usually makes a bitter sort of stink to things? Friendly and accommodating service. I don’t think these are the same people as before. Quite a few things have changed but interior is almost exactly the same and check out process is the same.
We came here when it was Viet Hung; then stopped coming for various reasons. Visited them again when they first opened and it was barely average; they were so overwhelmed. The older server gentleman had RBF, but he’s kind overall.
The second time was a little better. Their food is OK if you happen to drive by. The best is bánh mì. Phở is average. Service is a little faster.
It’s a 3/5 star. It’s doable when you are driving by, live close to it, or in a pinch. But I wouldn’t drive 1 hour for it. But definitely try their bánh mì!
(Thank goodness the western diner decoration is mostly gone…not that I have anything against that decor, just kind of weird eating Vietnamese while staring down and dead deer’s head)

This place is wonderful, so happy to have some Vietnamese on the South Side again. Everything here is outstanding. The Pho some of the best I have had. It's good, fresh and portions are great. Service is great - sometimes it's a little busy - so be patient.

Finally made it to try them out and things didn't go the best. The service was great they got the food to us fast and checked on us starting out but no one told us how to pay. We kinda looked around and no one ever brought a check so I ended up going to the takeout counter and found out that's where you go ??♂️. We both ordered the pho with brisket and eye of round. The broth was pretty good but mine had these long strings of thick rubber band type tendon I guess which I have never seen in pho in my 15+ years of ordering it almost weekly. My wife's had almost a chopped up version of it that had meat randomly attached to it. Due to the amount of it in mine I stopped eating it immediately and just started pulling more and more of it out. Normally when we order egg rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant they come out piping hot but these came out immediately after ordering as if they were already made and they weren't hot at all. They tasted ok but just warm. Overall I'm not sure if I would go back and def wouldn't make a special trip to go there. Maybe I caught a bad day because I've only heard good things. Give it a try the picture with the bean sprouts has the tendon stuff I was talking about. That's when I first started pulling it out.
Parking: Turn into royal farms to get to their lot easier. Plenty of parking.

Solid food - both the pho and pork chop were very good. The service when we went for dinner was a little rough, but they were very busy and it was a weekend. I wish they didn’t play Fox News (or any news) on the huge tv - not what I want to watch while I’m trying to have a nice evening out.
Nice Vietnamese restaurant. Staff was friendly, food was good, service was quick. TV was playing a nature show, foyer painting was quirky. I liked the comfortable vibe and the solid food.
