Amazing Pho. Been following this family around the Richmond area since they were initially by the small place at the corner of Horsepen and Broat St. Always fresh and delicious. The best Pho in VA! Believe me when I say that we truly look for Pho place to eat at every week. So glad they're now in Midlo!

I tried this restaurant under the previous management and we literally had roaches in our food. When I reported to them what we had found they didn't seem surprised and asked if I wanted another entree ummm no thanks. I heard this restaurant was under new management and things have greatly improved. I wish it were so. I took an employee and my son to try it out for lunch. We stood at the front for several minutes before anyone standing in line waiting to be seated were even acknowledged. Eventually we were sat at an oversized table and the waiting commenced. After roughly ten minutes of waiting for a server someone took our drink orders two waters and a Pepsi. Ten minutes later a very confused gentleman brings us two waters and a Dr Pepper and was gone before we could ask him to bring the Pepsi that was ordered. Ten minutes later meaning we have been seated for 30 minutes no one has bothered to take our order so I flagged the waiter that I saw. The waiter seemed perturbed and inconvenienced. We placed our orders. 20 minutes later a very confused gentleman walks up to our table with what definitely looks like our order walks away circles the entire restaurant, then comes back to our table with the same two bowls, and drops them off at our table. We told the gentleman which bowls go to whom, but they were still given to us in the reverse order. Another seven minutes later, my son finally gets his sandwich. So that's roughly over an hour. Unfortunately, my son had lost his appetite by then. There's no organization. Apparently they don't know what we're saying or asking for. There was nothing appealing about my experience. Nothing really seems to have changed. I have been to many of the local Pho restaurants and this was by far my least favorite experience. I will say, though the food was good.

Was recommended this hidden gem and it did not disappoint! Very cute place with a nice ambiance. Service was quick and our food came out in a timely manner. Got the pork and shrimp wraps for an appetizer and they were delicious! For my entree I was recommended the #10 and it was insanely flavorful. Large portions as well for the price. Will absolutely be back

I ordered to-go. The food was delicious and packaged well. I had the Pho #13 with chili oil for a little added spice. Staff were very helpful with menu questions.

Service is quick, food delicious and the ambience is pleasant. I recommend this establishment, I must be truthful that it can get busy, especially on the weekends.

The fried rice and fresh rolls were fresh and delicious. I placed my to go order inside the restaurant and waited around 40 minutes so I know it was cooked fresh. The only negative here was the wonton soup, which was sweetened. We didn't like our wonton soup sweet but otherwise recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Ordered takeout for lunch. #33 CƠM TAM BI SƯỜN CHA- grilled pork chop, shredded pork skin, and pork cake on broken rice. Generous portions for this plate. Flavor of the grilled pork chop was good. I probably wouldn't order the GỎI CUỐN GÀ- chicken rice spring rolls again. It just had a piece of lettuce, rice noodles, and bland chicken that tasted boiled. No basil leaves, carrots, or cucumbers for filling. Restaurant is huge inside, lots of seating. Just needs some updated Asian theme decor to match.

Pho 60 Cafe has good enough pho but overall needs to try much harder to provide a decent level of service and clean up every aspect of the spaces to the side of the dining area, the bar/check out area, and definitely the bathrooms. Looking into the kitchen even I wish appeared much more hygienic and tidy. The place is a bit of a mess with no real feeling anyone has attention to detail. The spice jars and other condiments on the tables need to be checked, refilled and wiped/cleaned in between seatings. A proper greeter/host who actually speaks to guests and walks them to a table would go a long ways also. I can't say much about the food (which I mentioned tasted fine, portions and prices were okay) because the overall atmosphere, operations, and customer experience leaves SO much yo be desired. I didn't focus in my dinner too much as I usually would because everything I was seeing around me needed so much more attention that it constantly took away my attention from what I actually came for, warm delicious pho. This place is not without hope though. I'll try again in a month or so.

The food was average did not have much flavor at all. The steak tasted like it had been frozen and cheap. Pork and shrimp egg rolls were cold and tasted old. Tai tea was way too sweet. Not worth the price.

Got a meal and drink for take-out, vermicelli rice noodles and grilled beef as well as a mango smoothie.Even though the food and drink were great the service is what really stood out. We were greeted in a friendly manner the moment we came in, the staff were very helpful and kind. This will be a new favorite! I’m excited to return
