So I didn't know what to expect, just that I wanted a cheesesteak and this place seemed to have good reviews. Now I don't want to knock a business especially in this climate but I want to be honest with my experience. Will I go back here: no. Did I enjoy my food: no. Was I disappointed: yes. Did I waste money on this food: yes. First of all the place is basically a corner store, looks like an old gas station. I called in my order for lunch and went to pick it up. I got the food after a couple minutes and after I paid. I got a cheesesteak, added lettuce and tomato and a can soda came with it. The soda was the only thing I finished from this meal. It was an 8" sub with fries. The fries were basically the crinkle cut frozen fries from the grocery store and had some type of seasoning dumped on them. They still didn't have a taste really. The meat in the sub looked like it had been scraped off the grill and tasted like it too. It was basically the leftover meat from the grill. I didn't even eat a full half of the 8" sub, it was making me sick. Well you live and learn, never again.

We came from out of town and after reading the reviews, I thought we would be in for a treat. Unfortunately they were closed at 3:30pm and we were told they didn’t know when they would be back. Very bad business

I was not expecting much, it is located in a gas station, but here I am mind blown as the subs were great. Not a huge fan of the fries with cheese as it is just a large amount of nacho cheese sauce. But the subs as it stands, the best steak and cheese subs I have found in Richmond.
Everything about my visit was great. I plan to come back sometime soon. Good service. Food came out fast, overall great experience

I checked out a few reviews on this place and I don't quite understand the service is extremely slow please don't go there on lunch time or you will be late back from lunch only one guy on the smallest Grill store owner doesn't help at all or whoever's at the cash register is there one day on my lunch break literally was 20 minutes late back from lunch spent over $15 and got a cup of ice for 50 Cent and I asked the owner or whoever that was at the register could ecomp the cup of ice that was a no-go I'm not salty about the 50 Cent at all but you guys can kind of figure out why
