Service was not great . Their chili oil that was on the table was dried up in the jar. When I asked for fresh, they just went to a different table, and the other jar was dried up too. The employees (2) were on their phone watching videos, and not once I got a refill.

The waiter didn’t seem too happy.? He was short with us and not welcoming. That really left me not wanting to eat there but my kid wanted pho after a long ride from Virginia Beach. (And people have crappy days.) The pho was okay. Broth was okay. Noodles a little over cooked. They did not skimp on the meat so that was a plus. Ordered chicken pho but got veggie pho and that was okay because my other kid was grounded anyway. Veggie pho would definitely make the list of foods to give your grounded kid. She hated it and was pretty mad. I guess that’s a plus. We paid. Waited for the receipt to sign and tip but there was nothing. All in all, it wasn’t the worse experience -just awkward. Hope the waiter feels better.

I’m obsessed with Vietnamese food but specifically Pho soup and I try everywhere in town! I always pass this but finally decided to stop in after a long day and first of all the prices are amazing, the service was great… responsive, quick, and nice, and the space is cute! The food is so yummy, take a chance on this place as I think it’s one of the newer established ones in this Little Vietnam area in Henrico… I’m SO glad I did ?
