Order two large bowls, one has significantly more noodles than the other one. One has a double tripe but the only tripe in the soup is in the picture. What an scam, never come back again

Will never come back here again! Came here on a lunch date with daughter who is 4. We went to bathroom since her stomach was upset. Came back and our food was gone and there are different people at the table. Unbelievable, when I brought it up to the lady they just said sorry and only gave a discount of 5 dollars for a roll. Me while our food is in trash that cost way more money than 5 dollars. I def didn’t give a tip. Unbelievable
It was the manager who gave us the horrible discount of only 5 dollars and didn’t care at all

Very quick service and delicious food as usual. I am so glad I remember the name of this place as it's been a while since my first visit. I brought my best friend who has been wanting to try pho and this is what she chose for her birthday. She loved it!!! I will make this my must stop whenever I come home to Va.

Service is quick and efficient at this no-frills establishment. The atmosphere is homely and the pho itself was good. I ordered the chicken pho but ended up loving the vegetarian pho much more- the vegetarian pho broth had a slightly sweet and rich flavor, I would highly recommend that dish. The chicken pho had a generous amount of chicken meat, and the small was good sized. First time getting pho in Richmond and I’d definitely be back again.

There is visible mold in the ceiling and a sour mold smell inside restaurant. food is good though. Get takeout don’t dine in.

The pho here is very good! They did messed up my order and brought raw meat when I asked for no raw meat soup but it still tasted good. The coffee was good. The bubble tea was good except the bubbles were not good.
