You’ll find better service at a kids lemonade stand. Spring rolls are good though, everything else is average. In my opinion pho so 1 across the street is leagues above.

The best pho place out of all of the ones I’ve been to. Great portions and most of the time, the broth is excellent. There’s this server that takes 10 minutes to get back to you almost every time and the tables are too small

I’ve been coming back here within the past year and trying different dishes each time. The flavors feel a bit different compared to couple years ago—maybe a new chef? Still, for Vietnamese food in this area, it’s really good. Favorites so far: pork chop rice, bún bò Huế, pan-fried pho, grilled pork vermicelli, and pho.

I am a Pho snob. This wasn't the best I have ever tried, but it was close and way better than all the other Pho places in Richmond. Certainly better than Pho 1 across the street.

Came for the food and it was really good. Got a #10 Pho and it hit the spot. Service was unusually slow but server was very aware and apologized. Will try again another day maybe for a dinner.

Ordered banh mi, it was sad mi. No seasoning or sauce. Bun was soggy and plain. The egg rolls are decent though. Took over an hour for the delivery.
