I will only give them one star because they waited an hour to give me my order. It is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. As a suggestion, they should have more staff since it is a very visited place.
Terrible service 1 hour waiting and they still said they didn't know how long it would take they should change staff they are slow
This is the absolute worst pizza hit I’ve exceed been to. Upon arriving to pick up my online orders, the cashier was out front smoking. Once I walked in, the cook asked me if I’m being helped after about 10 mins. I told her no, but by then the cashier returned from her break. I told them my name and that I’m there for an online order pick up. They gathered my food and I told them, that’s not it. After the cook wrongly told me that this is my complete order, I said no, it’s not. Then the cashier checked and realized that this was not my complete order. This location never have ANYTHING!! I went there before and they didn’t have any pan pizzas (PIZZA HUT WITH NO PAN PIZZA) this time they didn’t have any wings. I now travel almost 30 mins away to a different Pizza Hut even though this location is 10 mins from my house.

Super Bowl Sunday had arrived—a night of excitement, gathering, and, most importantly, pizza. I had thought ahead, placing my order the day before to ensure a smooth pickup at my favorite Pizza Hut. They had never disappointed me before; each visit was met with a warm greeting and the confidence that my pizza would be made just the way I liked it.
But as I stepped into the restaurant at precisely 6 PM, expecting to be in and out with my freshly made order, I was instead met with chaos. The waiting area was packed with restless customers, their eyes darting toward the warming racks, searching for any sign of their long-awaited meals. Some had been standing there for hours.
A worker informed me they were just waiting on one of my pizzas, but time passed, and no box with my name ever emerged. Eventually, I learned the truth—they had never even started making it. The confusion only deepened as we watched the staff pull steaming pizzas from the warmers, only to set them aside for customers who were nowhere to be found.
Frustration rippled through the crowd. A woman, who I assumed was a delivery driver, called out over the growing murmurs, her voice tinged with exasperation. "Y'all, we’re behind by 107 tickets, and there are no pizzas in the oven!"
A young employee attempted to offer refunds to those who had reached their breaking point, but few were satisfied. "How are we supposed to feed our families now?" someone muttered, their voice laced with disbelief.
Then, a woman at the prep station—her patience seemingly worn thin—stepped forward and raised her voice above the crowd. "Look, folks, we have a three-hour delay, so you’re probably not getting your pizza. You can get a refund, but it’s not our fault that everyone ordered at the same time!" With that, she turned on her heel and disappeared into the back.
Disappointed and unwilling to wait in vain, I quickly placed an order at another Pizza Hut fifteen minutes away. To my relief, I had my pizzas in hand within half an hour. But as I drove home, the sting of the experience lingered. This place had always been reliable, a comforting certainty in a world of unpredictability. Yet on the night when it mattered most, when preparation and service were needed the most, they had faltered.

Shame on me, I should have read the reviews, before ordering from this Pizza Hut. Placed an order in the mid-afternoon for carry out at 6:30PM. Order had not even been started when I arrived at 6:30. Finally got the order 15 minutes later. While waiting I saw an employee walking around the prep are eating chicken. I also noted the employee assembling the pizzas did not have a hair net or gloves on. If this is representative of Pizza Huts sanitation standards, then I will NOT return. Also two of us got sick shortly after eating the first pizza, I threw away the second pizza.

Ordered 50 minutes ago, app said order was ready. From past experience knew to give them longer. Came up 45 minutes later and they are still saying 20 minutes. Kitchen and staff cannot handle a typical Friday rush. Place feels dirty and messy, take them off the list.

Ordered 6 pizzas online and gave 3 hours and 45 minutes lead time for a party to which we were bringing the pizzas. Pizzas were 15 minutes late being ready - I may as well have ordered inside the store. In the meantime, customer came in and said they had ordered 20 minutes ago online and their very large order was ready to go. No reason given to me for the delay, even though asked. Also, if I had not followed up from sitting and waiting to go and ask how much longer (and magically my pizzas were ready), there is no telling how long I would have sat there and waited. My husband said the food tasted okay, but was not the usually good tasting Pizza Hut pizza. Very disappointed.

It takes a lot of time to prepare and deliver
For the first time in almost 7 months they got it right... overall the rating is closer to a 1 or 2. Very inconsistent ?
