Store is dirty. Garbage on sidewalk and grease stains exiting the store on the sidewalk. Last time I ordered carry out about 2 months ago I was told pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I was told another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I drove back and was apologized to and told another 15-20 minutes. After two hours I gave up and told them to cancel my order and I went to dominos and my food was ready. Tonight I ordered carry out. I was told 14 minutes. I went there 30 minutes later and was told they stopped taking orders at 8:15. Interesting seeing as though I ordered and paid for my carry out and received no notice. Why give my phone number if they won’t even contact me to let me know they couldn’t fulfill my order. Also interesting there were more then 5 employees in the store collecting a paycheck to have the doors locked and to tell thru the glass.

I placed an order on the app and waited till it was 10 minutes past the delivery time which was at **10:42** to call and see what was up. First off I got transferred like 3 times and finally I got to the actual store it’s self and the ***RGM Shannon Adams** answered the phone as it was inconveniencing her. I asked her about my order and she said they closed at 9pm and she canceled all orders and I should already be getting a refund. I got zero notification that they had closed nor that my order was canceled. Then I stated that it was pretty messed up I didn’t get a notification and she just told me to have a good night and HUNG UP!! I called back to ask why are you answering the phone if you closed over an hour ago and she’s just like well I’m still here so yeah. ??♀️ I told her I didn’t get my refund yet and then she tells me it will take 5-7 days to get the refund!! In general she was so rude, unapologetic and acted like I was calling her personal cell phone just to annoy her. It was very ridiculous and I will never be ordering from them again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good spot for one and The Only reason I gave the only Two Pizza Huts a Three is because they took Down The BUFFET. I use to go there and eat it during Lunch.
The Pizza Hut Establishment has a history of offering great tasting foods that satisfy a wide range of customers. I like how Pizza Hut keeps their menu packed with a nice range choices that includes New Items as well as the ole favorites!
Do NOT order from this location!!!!. Order was late, called twice to be put on hold both times for over 6 mins. Pizza finally arrived, over cooked on top and doughy in middle. Ordered a soda, when delivered she stated didn't have the soda I ordered so just bought something different ( excuse me, the store should call and advise and ask what else would like) . Called spoke with manager Trenton, nonchalant stated can't refund unless I bring it to store. What type of policy is that,I had it delivered but suppose to come to the store with pizza in hand. They need to close this location!!!!!

The delivery people steal your money, I paid $30 with a $100 bill and they kept my money as if it were a tip and I clearly told them that I needed my change, who would give a $70 tip?

Multiple orders screwed up. They keep saying "we called you several times", but my phone has received no calls. They change orders without telling or asking. Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.
