Well this must have been a new employee preparing or helping to prepare. On my wings I asked for mold sauce and I had little to none on the wings. I think she charged me correctly by adding pepperoni and sausage on the pizza.

Attempted a pick up order through the app. Got the confirmation email and notification that my food was ready but when I arrived the door was locked and there appeared to be no one inside. Attempted to call the store with no answer then attempted to speak with corporate customer service to just have them refund the order and inform them the store was closed. I was told they could not refund as I had placed my order through the app even after giving my order confirmation number. I was advised to keep attempting to call the store. After hearing the phone ring for a solid ten minutes I left and found somewhere else to eat. I guess I just burned my money and time for no reason. All in all just a crazy experience.

I ordered a pizza from this location and requested that I had extra cheese, extra mushrooms and only half the pizza with black olives not only did it not have extra cheese and no extra mushrooms. It add extra black olives, all over the pizza and my son couldn’t have any, I tried to contact the store and got hung up on three times at this point. I’m just done with Pizza Hut.
