I am a regular at my home store on the west end, and today I tried this location. I always order personal pan/boneless combo. I got 2 personal pans today and it was disgusting and tasted nothing like my usual.

Disgusting, I canceled the order and walked out. Disgusting people that don't know the first thing about food safety, safe handling of food. They don't change their gloves after handling their phone, touching the register and other miscellaneous dirty things. It's gross, don't eat here.

Well this must have been a new employee preparing or helping to prepare. On my wings I asked for mold sauce and I had little to none on the wings. I think she charged me correctly by adding pepperoni and sausage on the pizza.

Attempted a pick up order through the app. Got the confirmation email and notification that my food was ready but when I arrived the door was locked and there appeared to be no one inside. Attempted to call the store with no answer then attempted to speak with corporate customer service to just have them refund the order and inform them the store was closed. I was told they could not refund as I had placed my order through the app even after giving my order confirmation number. I was advised to keep attempting to call the store. After hearing the phone ring for a solid ten minutes I left and found somewhere else to eat. I guess I just burned my money and time for no reason. All in all just a crazy experience.
