I ordered a pizza from this location and requested that I had extra cheese, extra mushrooms and only half the pizza with black olives not only did it not have extra cheese and no extra mushrooms. It add extra black olives, all over the pizza and my son couldn’t have any, I tried to contact the store and got hung up on three times at this point. I’m just done with Pizza Hut.

Great service. Friendly employees.We got our pizza quickly on a busy Friday night and we had not ordered ahead. Love the deep dish pizza...perfect bread like and soft crust!
Looks like they don't let you know what they ran out of so you can either choose something else or get a refund, they just guess and give you whatever they want. Never again.!

Worst customer service ever . I don’t recommend anyone to order any type of food from this branch . I literally got violated by the employee on the phone . They messed up my Uber eats order and sent me someone’s order . The employee was n the phone tell me to lower my voice while I was trying to explain .

Worst customer service I've ever received. I was given the wrong order sometime within the last year, and I called them to correct it or see if I can exchange it. I was told I can just get a credit for another pizza. I asked for some kind of confirmation code. They said I don't need anything to just use my phone number. I called back now months later knowing there was the chance it wouldn't still be there because it had been a while, so I was fully prepared to just pay for my "free pizza". When I asked the guy on the phone if i had it, he said to hold on the phone which took about 10 minutes and then I was greeted with an aggressive tone, as if he was scolding me, who kept repeating how I don't have a call history and how I can't get my pizza - then put me on hold AGAIN before even letting me respond.Then when he finally came back I tried to explain how there wouldn't be a call history because I ordered it online and called the restaurant after I was home to find the mistake. He then started yelling at me saying how I'm not getting a free pizza. I'm frustrated because it's not even about the pizza, I can buy a pizza, it was about how someone told me the wrong information and made a mistake, and he needs to correct the problem with his staff so it doesn't happen again. I was prepared to pay if I needed to, but i had to hang up the phone because I could barely get a word in, on top of his overly rude demeanor. People like that should absolutely not be working in customer service.
