This is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I've ever seen. The food was terrible and undercooked. I do not recommend eating here unless you have no other choice.

Having access to a Pizza Hut minutes away from work is a dream come true. No other Pizza compares to the thin crust Pepperoni with extra cheese from Pizza Hut. Sooo ?. I love the option of delivery and/or take out. Just perfect for my busy world. Love you guys. Please do not relocate; it has been so hard to find locations with all the closings of surrounding areas. There is no better pizza than Pizza Hut to me... I LOVE PIZZA HUT!!!!!PIZZZA HUT 4 LIFETIME!!!!

I ordered a large stuff crust with double mushrooms. When l picked up my pizza there were barely any mushrooms on it and little maranara sauce. Probably one of my worst Pizza Hut Pizzas.

I asked for a specific item which was shown on tv and they told me they didn't provide that entrée. I showed them a picture of what I wanted from google search and then they were able to prepare and deliver my order. This was a walk-in request at the staples mill location.

Don't order online or use the app. It won't send your entire order and the staff will tell you oh well even if you show them a sceenshot of the confirmation page. Won't even offer to make the missing item(s) and pay separately. Call or order to go at the restaurant.

Way to go Staples Mill!!!Best pizza I have had in a very long time...way better than Domino's by far. Customer service is on point and they made our pizza to perfection. Best store hands down!!

A few weeks ago we ordered a large thin crust pizza with double on one of the toppings................when it arrived it came in a huge square box. I can tell you it was definitely not a large pizza and the box really mad it seem out of portion and I wish I had took a picture of it.... it was horrible and we paid extra for the double topping and you could barely find any of that ham topping on the pizza.......... the pizza looked dried up with barely any toppings on it.............It was not worth the money we paid for sure and we wont be ordering from Pizza Hut again.... and the other reviewer is correct it is a dirty looking store when you do go inside. Bye Bye Pizza Hut.

I arrived for curbside and called the store 3 times in 20 minutes. No one answered the phone. I finally go inside to find the cashier playing on his cell phone. No apologies. No explanation. Never again.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is that I can't give zero stars. We ordered a deep dish pizza for delivery. 10 minutes later, the store called and said it would be 90 minutes for delivery or 10 (and a 20% discount) if we picked it up. We decided to go pick up our order.When we arrived i waited another 10 minutes before being handed a pizza. It was mass chaos. Another person had come in and was also waiting. They took my name and number, looked me up and asked if they could just credit me the 20%. I told her to please also remove the driver tip and delivery fee. She said none was on my ticket and I explained I paid online and DID pay one. She had given me the other person's pizza.Fast forward past the manager fixing it all and us getting home with our pizza. It was awful. It wasn't deep dish. No idea what this crust was supposed to be but half the pizza was basically a big ball of dough that tasted like sourdough. Worst pizza I've ever had...even compared to Totinos!The store was filthy, one of the young ladies that was ringing us up literally had food in her uncovered hair. Could not pay us to go back. I think this ruined me on Pizza Hut forever.

I ordered the bread sticks with cheese. They used to be one of my favorite things but something changed. They always overcook them now. I even called after I ordered and asked them not to over cook them and they still did. They no longer look like the menu picture. Instead of soft and cheesy, they are hard and crunch (burnt).

For starters, I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and what I got was comparable to a stale cracker that was coughed on by a lung cancer patient and a sad dollop of what someone who's never seen cheese before might consider to be cheese. The woman who took my order seemed to not have a single thought behind her beady eyes, which might explain why it took nearly two whole hours to prepare. I regret not frisbee-ing this disc of disappointment back into the "kitchen" where it came from. I also regret paying a sum for which I could have easily marched across the street and paid to get a few frozen pizzas, which would have tasted less like I scarved down skid-marked shorts.TL;DR: I will not be buying a pizza here again.
