They ran out of dough. How does a Pizza Hut even run out of dough?
Awful experience at Pizza Hut. Pizzas were poorly made and when I brought this to the managers attention she offered a remake which I accepted even though I would have to wait an additional 15
Minutes. This quickly went south as a male
Employee decided it was his place to argue with me about the fact that I requested that my food not be burned. This as completely unacceptable! I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere.

Every time I order from here it’s something wrong with my food. Either I order breadsticks/cheese sticks and they don’t cut them up into 5 pieces or the breadsticks are not completely down/brown. This Pizza Hut is horrible and they need to be shut down. My food is always delivered by DoorDash and most times they can’t find my address. One time they got my order completely wrong and I ended up having to drive to the location.

I am an Uber Eats driver, went to pick up an order and they said they couldn't give me the pizza because I don't have a pizza bag. I have done 670+ deliveries with Uber Eats, including other Pizza Huts, and have never once had this issue. This is laughable because I just read another review submitted a week ago saying they weren't using gloves while putting toppings on the pizza and said they're not required to use gloves. So you require drivers to have a pizza bag but you're not required to use gloves while making people's food? Wow.

The employer didn't used gloves when I asked why is that?
Another lady maybe she was manager, told me we are not required to use gloves.
I was one of the regular customer in past 2 years but when I saw the employer adding toppings with his hand without gloves I stopped him and told him to use the gloves and they gave me that the same pizza.
Using gloves is the most important thing in a restaurant.
My question is this.
Do the pizza hut employers really not required using gloves ?

A lot of Pizza Hut, pizzas are kind of on the dry side, meaning not enough tomato sauce. This location had the perfect amount that gave every slice that extra BANG! Mmmm good!!

Look, I’m gonna be honest. Pizza from here can be hit or miss. I’ve had really bad and really good. However I have a commitment to Pizza Hut from when I was a kid and would read books to get free personal pan pizzas. So I’m somewhat of a Pizza Hut expert. I got a dinner box last night. The pizza had pepperoni and black olives with light cheese and extra sauce. I just wanted to acknowledge that whoever made it completely understands what light cheese and extra sauce means. This pizza is perfect. Promote that person. They deserve the world.

Whenever I get to order it when the application still tells me that it is ready, they do not have it ready yet and they make you wait longer and demand to see a receipt, even one telling them exactly what they ordered.

Got nostalgic for the pizza I most enjoyed in my 80s youth. Treated myself to a large Super Supreme pan pizza. The pizza did not disappoint. Delicious cheese. Fresh-tasting toppings. Customized to my order request, no black olives. Fast. Tasty sauce. And the crust is still the stuff of dreams.
The biggest challenge Pizza Hut seems to face currently is that the operation has grown so large, grownup foodies tend to assume it's not "good" in the way mom & pop pizza restaurants are regarded as "good". But in a blind taste test with many other pizza operations, large and small, I suspect Pizza Hut pizzas would fare much stronger than much of the general public would expect.
It was nice to see something I loved in my youth is still putting out a championship-caliber product in championship-caliber time. Thanks for defying expectations. Starting with my own.
