This Pizza Hut really does an excellent job with their vegetable pizza. I opted for the thin crust version, and it turned out perfectly crispy, just the way I like it. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the crust had that satisfying crunch that makes every bite enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was that we specifically asked them not to cut the pizza, and they actually honored that request—something that’s not always the case at other locations. I’ve had situations where I’ve asked for no cuts, only to receive a pizza that's been sliced anyway. It’s those little details that really set this place apart and make the experience feel more personal and thoughtful.

I specifically made the effort to visit this location because I’ve always been impressed by the customer service here. The staff is noticeably friendlier and more attentive compared to the one near my house, which definitely makes the experience more enjoyable. On top of that, the quality of the food is another reason I prefer this place. I decided to order a large pan pizza today, mainly because the dough here seems to have a better texture and flavor than the one at my local spot. It’s always a pleasant surprise to find a location that excels in both service and quality, making the extra trip totally worth it.

I’ve only had great experiences with this Pizza Hut and its staff. We order a pizza and cheesy bread and it’s always delicious/hot. Recently had a delay during one of the power outages but the assistant manager Katie took the time to call us personally and comp our account. We had some issues with using the comp but Katie also quickly fixed that. Really appreciate such a high degree of service and kindness.

This is the second time we’ve had an issue with the Pizza Hut. Shift manager Chris should be terminated he swears over the phone and hung up in customer face. I will he filling a complaint this is unacceptable ordered pizza at 6:11pm called back at 8:11pm for him to be RUDE..

Ordered a stuffed crust and a dinner box for carry out. The pizza came out with white crust because the dough was old (proofed the previous day) so i asked if it could be remade using fresh dough. I was told yes. They remade it as a circular pan instead of the rectangular pan because all of the rectangular pan dough was old. But low and behold after 20 more mins of waiting, same issue. But I wasn't going to wait for another messed up pizza so I left. After being the store manager of the quioccassin, tuckahoe, and Davis and broad location I know what I'm talking about. And for it to only have been the 26th ticket of the day at 6 p.m. clearly the store is trying to save product from previously slow days so their food cost isn't through the roof. But this location needs new management or to be closed because clearly it doesn't perform and would fail a HQSC inspection in a heart beat.
Tried to contact corporate but they removed surveys off the back of the receipts so i had to do it through the website email. I still have not been contacted by anyone about my complaints over 10 days later
They ran out of dough. How does a Pizza Hut even run out of dough?

Awful experience at Pizza Hut. Pizzas were poorly made and when I brought this to the managers attention she offered a remake which I accepted even though I would have to wait an additional 15 Minutes. This quickly went south as a male Employee decided it was his place to argue with me about the fact that I requested that my food not be burned. This as completely unacceptable! I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere.
