Everytime we order delivery from here our pizza looks like it was dropped, folded over, just all over messy, the delivery drivers are usually friendly(probably cause they drop our food..) and every time I eat here I get sick, my boyfriend likes Pizza Hut so we’ve tried this one a couple times, but now he’s sick after an order today. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery & whoever delivered the pizza didn't care enough to look for my apartment number on my ticket, so they arrived at my complex & just ended up taking the pizza back to the store, making me order & wait for a new one. Very unnecessary

All around bad experience. Walked in and the cashier set the tone for the whole transaction. Seemed like she did not want to be there or do her job. Walked in she didn’t even ask was I picking up or placing an order just looked at me and I asker if i can put an order in. Terrrible customer service through the whole process. Waited a while for a my pizza and crazy sticks and below is the picture of the crazy sticks. They didn’t even cut them. From the looks on the other customers face in the lobby we were all getting the same experience

If they tell you that you’ll receive your order after 30 minutes that’s mean 2 hours

I gave it only 2 stars because the young man that took my order was friendly. He couldn't find the promo that I asked about BUT....he made an effort to correct the issue. He asked a member of management for help and the issue was resolved. That meant a lot to me as a customer. Now the actual Pizza, a Supreme, that's another story. ?
It was terrible. Not enough of anything. Cheese, pepperoni, toppings, sauce....just barely there. The green peppers were all thrown in the middle of the pizza.
The cats in the alley could've came in there and made a better pizza.
Lord....It was just poorly made and I certainly will NOT return.

I went to buy pizza stuffed crust breadstick I asked to use the restroom to wash hand for my son manager her name is August she’s alnot allowed us. We don’t feel comfortable there

Pizza ? hut as well as Papa Jhon's are my favorites but I could hear how the cashier was murmuring to the people in the back because I had asked her some questions, there is no ethics if you are going to speak badly about the customer, at least keep your voice down
This location has a restroom in the lobby that “isn’t unlocked for customers.” Customers can literally see the restroom while waiting for the food they paid for, so to deny access is completely disrespectful/unacceptable.

We ordered, and it was delivered on time, still hot and perfectly done without a glitch. This has been our 'pizza place' for a very long time because you can always count on it being done right! Thank you.

If possible for this review to exist with NEGATIVE stars, it would.Ordered carryout for TWO Big New Yorkers - one cheese, one pepperoni, with very little wait time for carryout. I arrive to the store, with my two hungry young children, and was presented with TWO cheese pizzas.I tell the cashier one was supposed to be cheese, which resulted in him rolling his eyes at me while he looked over my receipt (probably because another patron in the lobby was waiting on his messed up order to be remade)..... and says it'll be about 20 minutes for a remake..... Which was longer than my initial carryout time for two pizzas.Nonetheless, my kids and I wait while our one pizza is getting colder, so our pepperoni and extra cheese pizza can be remade. Not that complicated, right?Now that my cheese pizza is cooled off and hardening, I collect my pepperoni pizza and return home.NOT ONE SINGLE apology for the delay or inconvenience of my order being made incorrectly was spoken. Not one. No 'thank you for your patience' no offer of remaking my cheese pizza so GOD FORBID BOTH of my pizzas could be hot for dinner, none of that. Nothing.Well, my son starts eating the pepperoni when we get home and said it tasted different..... so only now do I see that it is NOT the Big New Yorker with pepperoni and extra cheese, as I ordered and paid for, its just a basic large pepperoni without extra cheese or anything.At that point, my kids were starving and I was done.THE NEXT DAY I called the store to advise the manager of what happened and how the situation was handled, to which she responded "well, I can give you a $10 store credit for the issues you encountered".What about the pizza I paid for that still hasn't been properly produced, I ask? SURELY IF the manager is going to offer a store credit, it should be for the value of the ENTIRE botched pizza, right?EVIDENTLY NOT - when I asked about being credited for the entire value of my pizza, NOT A REFUND, but a store credit for this mishap of pepperoni and cheese, I'M TOLD THAT I NEED TO BRING IN HALF OF THE INCORRECT PIZZA TO THE STORE FOR CREDIT!??!SERIOUSLY?! FRANKLY, I took pizza hut off my list a LONG time ago because it's pricey and average pizza, at BEST, but my son picked this out for a special family dinner treat, so I allowed it.Never again. My next review and phone call will be directed to the corporate office and whoever is responsible for training this establishment on how to handle these situations. Good grief.Better off with Domino's or Papa John's. Don't waste your time here.
