Called at 8:34 places 75 order gave 14 tip with 25-30 min delivery. 9:12 call placed couldnāt find order but card charged it took over 10 minutes to find the order. 9:23 ordered found Pizza arrived at 9:45 pm. My tipā¦. Donāt use this restaurant !! Staff and service absolutely horrible

Pizza Hut fails to honor coupons sent out for birthdays, late deliveries, or promotions. Area locations won't accept online coupons and online coupons are never redeemable because messages are generated that say " not redeemable at this location. Regardless of the locations. This borders on fraud and at the very least is purely unethical. I'm a 75 year old disabled female who depends on deliveries. I like Pizza Hut Pizza, however, I desire to be treated fairly, not pushed into paying extra money for a product because of company greed

Sierra is very rude and can care less about customer satisfaction!!! Overall the store is great, just unfortunately not her!!! You have to listen to customers you canāt just do what you want to do!!
They won't let you use the bathroom that's in the lobby. Got the New Yorker. It looked great. Got home and took a bite. It was way too salty, too much parmesean cheese, and way too much oregano. It was very upsetting. The pizza looked very inviting. But no. Got the boneless wings, and they're not wings. They were about the size of a dime. They should resemble what you see in the commercial. Wasted trip and money.

Recently every time I've ordered here, there's been some massive issue with the order by the time it gets here. First, was just left outside on the ground with no knocking, notification, or anything, which caused it to be infested by ants before I even got downstairs by the time it said 'delivery sent', and the next time it ended up just not giving me half my entire order, wasting like, six-ish dollars as a whole, since the driver couldn't do anything, and I couldn't do anything, since I'd have to contact the store-- which is entirely fair, but the issue is that my phone has been completely busted for ages now. That one I can see being less their fault on the latter half, but they still did forget half the entire order.
