Sent me the wrong pizza. Ordered a medium pepperoni, but they send me a medium with cheese and when I called the store, they refuse to fix it saying that my ticket said medium cheese, but the order I have on my phone, clearly states medium pepperoni. I basically just wasted my money and they won’t do anything

Tae was very outstanding and ongoing with the issue I had last night ordering pizza. When we got our pizza last night they gave us a mushroom pizza and no cinnamon sticks. I met Tae today and discuss my problem and he did his best to help me and was very nice about it. Thanks Tae

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and cleanliness of this new Pizza Hut location. My food was fresh and correct. No long wait to receive my food. There was a minor issue but the young lady who helped me was more than willing to make it right. I told her there was no need but I appreciate the effort. Pleasant experience, I will be back.
