I don’t think they even tried. We ordered online delivery. Both pizzas had been dropped and were smushed against the side of the boxes. One of the pizzas was incorrect (sausage when we ordered bacon). To top it all off, the cheesy bread had multiple hairs BAKED INTO the cheese.

This is my second time coming to the Pizza Hut in Richmond on mechanicsville both times my pizza was overcooked and dry I asked for extra sauce and never got it… I will not be spending my money there ever again… and the customer service is horrible

Usually have good service at this place. Someone working there today 10/10/25 has a really bad attitude and ended the call. For no reason. Never eating pizza hut again. Too many options for pizza to accept bad service.

Nothing was cut fully, or cut at all, undercooked. Complete mess. The only thing that was edible was the bacon cheese bread. Rest went into the trash absolute waste of 40 dollars, will never return.

My online pizza order was not ready at the scheduled time, resulting in a 5-10 minute delay. The pizza wasn't undercooked, a recurring issue I've experienced at other Pizza Hut locations, raising concerns about the chain's current cooking practices. Also, some of my toppings looked to have been just dumped on. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by the associate was inadequate.
I ordered online and my food was actually ready early. The pizza was hot as well as the boneless wings, everything was pretty good!

I recently ordered three sets of boneless wings, french fries, and one large supreme pizza. It was the most disgusting food experience I've had in a long time. The boneless wings weren't too bad, except for one piece that felt and tasted like crunchy gristle; however, the french fries tasted somewhat frostbitten. But the pizza was atrocious!!! I didn't think it was humanly possible to ruin a mixture of cheese, veggies, and meats, but--alas!--it is possible. The pizza looked and tasted old! The cheese definitely didn't taste fresh; the entire pizza tasted bland. I don't know if they forgot to add Italian seasonings, butter, etc., but there was no flavor profile. It tasted like cardboard. I used to LOVE Pizza Hut, but I'm astounded that this location has managed to remain in business for more than a week!

Picked up pizza and wings terrible. Could not pick pizza up watery, thin mess. Sauce too thick and clumpy. Will not waste time or money on pizza hut again. Windows, doors and floors dirty. Big fail.
