My online pizza order was not ready at the scheduled time, resulting in a 5-10 minute delay. The pizza wasn't undercooked, a recurring issue I've experienced at other Pizza Hut locations, raising concerns about the chain's current cooking practices. Also, some of my toppings looked to have been just dumped on. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by the associate was inadequate.

I recently ordered three sets of boneless wings, french fries, and one large supreme pizza. It was the most disgusting food experience I've had in a long time. The boneless wings weren't too bad, except for one piece that felt and tasted like crunchy gristle; however, the french fries tasted somewhat frostbitten. But the pizza was atrocious!!! I didn't think it was humanly possible to ruin a mixture of cheese, veggies, and meats, but--alas!--it is possible. The pizza looked and tasted old! The cheese definitely didn't taste fresh; the entire pizza tasted bland. I don't know if they forgot to add Italian seasonings, butter, etc., but there was no flavor profile. It tasted like cardboard. I used to LOVE Pizza Hut, but I'm astounded that this location has managed to remain in business for more than a week!

Picked up pizza and wings terrible. Could not pick pizza up watery, thin mess. Sauce too thick and clumpy. Will not waste time or money on pizza hut again. Windows, doors and floors dirty. Big fail.

after my experience here a few times I'd say you're better off checking your order before you pay which is why I pay in cash that way if there's a problem I'm not obligated to take the order or wait a week for a refund. my pizza is always overcooked or disproportionately sauced and cheesed like Stevie wonder is back ther making the pizzas. today's young workforce has no motivation to do anything and it's a clear sign of why they need robots taking some of these jobs.

Low staffing makes it difficult to get someone over the phone. Had to go in to location to place order...pizza was just ok

Pizza was undercooked; crust was “limp” to put it nicely… at least two hands are necessary for a small slice. Side of cheese sticks was more a side of warm dough with a thin layer of burnt cheese than anything else.
Poorly prepared pizza is one thing, but money is another: beware of using any online deals - ordered the “$13.99 specialty pizza - carryout only” on the app and the subtotal showed as much while checking out, only to get charged over $20 for the same pizza upon pickup. I understand individual franchisees not participating in national deals, but offering one price then charging another is entirely inexcusable. Double check your receipts and card charges before leaving the building.
