My 50'ish Caucasian husband went to Pizza Hut and ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza from a young lady named Marcaisia ID# 038035 at 1:06 pm today, ticket# 0014. Once the pizza was done she turned the box sideways and slid into a plastic bag, of course everything slid off the pizza into the bottom of the bag, no longer edible. Every one else who was non-caucasian were handed their pizza's correctly. Instead of causing an issue my polite husband took the destroyed pizza and left. Is this racism or hate or both? $30.54 wasted

Another horrible establishment around the area. If you want mediocre service this is the place for you. Staff is lazy, never answers the phone, and gets every order wrong. I don’t understand how there’s still places and management like this with all the food prices going up. It really is a shame that money is being wasted on a place like this.Corporate needs to be involved.

Was the worst experience of my life. I will never order pizza hut, especially from here, again. I did mobile order, which should make it faster, and had to wait 45 minutes for my order. I made the order and arrived to the store 5 minutes before my pick up time. They started the order then and said it should be 10 mins. After 30 minutes of waiting I went back to the counter and found out they lost my order. Someone gave it away and they never said nothing. 15 minutes again, found out they gave it away again. The offered me a 2 liter soda for the wait. They was so far behind on orders, I tried to be understanding but they lost me when they lost my order twice. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Honestly this Pizza Hut sucks, my boyfriend order pizza there it took them at least an hour just to get it delivered to him, he lives 5 minutes away ordered at 7:11pm and it got at 8:28pm. When he got the pizza it was cheese and not pepperoni so he got the wrong order. It shouldn’t take Pizza Hut an hour to make the pizza and deliver it if he’s at least 5 minutes away.

Ordered DoorDash from this Pizza Hut, and had missing sauces(paid extra for it), and had a missing pizza and opened(looked like they dug in it, also the box was opened on right side on delivery). Talked to Doordash and Pizza Hut and both said they couldn’t do anything about it. Take a look at the pic below.

Anyone else ordered burnt pizza at this location??Not driving 15 mins back to get another one called the store and manager said they aren't trained on the new system to do refunds. Make it make sense please.
