I understand Tuesday $2 pizza day would be hectic. I have patience but geesh. I placed an online order at 2:23, it said it would be ready at 3:12. As I entered the store the screen said it was ready at 3:14. The guy got my info and INSISTED it WAS NOT READY AND INDEED IN THE OVEN. I sat and watched the screen, my name appeared and said ready at 3:26. I go back up to the guy and ask about the good and he said they are looking for it. Confusing how it’s being “looked for” when he informed me just a few minutes prior that it was in the oven. It’s now 3:39 as I’m doing this and still no pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve watched so many people go in and out and I’m still waiting for my food with 0 sense of urgency in communication with me regarding what the issue is with my order. I’m just standing there waiting. If I don’t ask about my food, nothing is being said. I didn’t get my order until 3:54 after the same guy informed me that they didn’t locate my order. He stated the manager Dalana (sorry if I spelled wrong) was getting them to freshly make it. This particular store has gone down hill. I used to frequent a lot. Between the switch in customer service and urgency with orders, I don’t know what’s worse.

Pizza took like 1.5 hours to get here, and when it did the order was all wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas, and they combined a topping from 1 pizza onto the other pizza. And one pizza was completely not what we asked for. Also didn’t get our marinara or blue cheese dipping sauces.
Me and my wife went to bed after eating and our bodies had this weird feeling that persisted even into the morning. Both of our stomachs hurt and we even felt anxiety. Never ordering from here again because WHAT!

We were passing through this town, so we visited this place late because it was almost the only one still open at that time. But it was so unbearable to stay there. I understand that by that time the staff might have already been tired, but still, they reluctantly accepted us and made it clear that they were not happy to see us. When we dictated our name and phone number, the staff member wrote them down incorrectly, not even trying to do it right (we told her it was wrong), but she didn’t care at all 😬.
It was very dirty and unpleasant to be there. The pizza was not tasty, the pineapples were definitely not the freshest, and the dough tasted slightly raw, even though visually the pizza looked fine. I don’t know if it’s always like this or if we just came at the wrong time, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going there in the evening.

I would beware of this location. The manager said she canceled my order and its been three weeks and still no refund on my card. Manager is very rude and has a horrable attitude. I can see if I was rude or out of line but, thats not my character. The manager hung up in my face. The employee on the phone had no customer service skills. After taking my card information she told me she doesn't know when the pizza will arrive. I told her as long as it doesn't take 2hrs its fine. She said it could take 2hrs or longer! So I told her to cancel my order, then she calls back saying their on their way. So we are waiting and she calls back again saying she had told the driver to turn back around because she went ahead and canceled the order. So of course I asked her which one is it, their on the way or you cancled my order? So I ask to speak to the manager and the manager said well she is new and it was failure of communication on your part and hers then hung up the phone. I honestly do not see how this place is still opened after seeing all the bad reviews. If I saw the reviews before I ordered I would have never ordered here. Nobody knows what's going on here or cares to know what's going on. If the manager doesn't care why should her employees? Lead by example, and that's exactly what their doing. I hope this place hires better staff because I don't see how pizza hut pays their managers and their employees to be so nasty and unprofessional.

20 minutes after posting this I finally open my pizza and it's not at all what I ordered 😂🤦🏻♀️ definitely should have looked before leaving but still a good pizza 🤷🏻♀️

Waited a hour for my food to be fixed how I asked it not to be then was told he/she wasn’t going to do it like I ask bc it would be burnt if I pay for burnt food then that’s just what you give me but my wings being ran 3xtimes wasn’t too much to ask for especially when I swiped my pay card 🙄pissed me tf off pay them folks so I can get my food like I asked without attitudes please & thank you

Only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love Pizza Hut…It would be a lot better if the employees cared about customer service. Doesn’t matter what day it is if, you order your pizza in the evening or at night you WILL be waiting an hour or longer…they don’t care about speed or efficiency. Try calling to order they’ll place you on hold for 30 mins because of being so backed up with orders because there’s no urgency. Long story short…order your pizza before the night shift.

Very disappointed in the service and attitude of this Pizza Hut. First of all, I ordered this on the Pizza Hut website, but DoorDash delivered my order. Anyways, the dasher called me asking if I had received my order, I told her no. You can hear the employees in the background yelling, calling me a liar, and insisting my order had been picked up and delivered. When the food finally got to me, the pizza was cold. It was greasy, bland, had zero flavor. The wings were cold, greasy, the sauce tasted like pure vinegar. Definitely will not order from this Pizza Hut again
