I order my pizza - it says 15 minutes I show up 7 minutes and it’s usually done. I interact with the same guy almost everytime and he is very attentive of everyone who comes in there. He’s prompt kind and respectful. I always go after work on nights I just don’t wanna cook.
If I could give this store a 0 I would. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:17 and wasn’t ready till 12:10. My whole order was incorrect. I called back up to the store, to get a refund and the lady was very disrespectful. She sat on the phone with me and argued with me trying to tell me that my order was correct. She told me I wouldn’t be able to get a refund tonight, I would have to wait till in the morning?!

This location is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. For T-Mobile Tuesday we were given a promo code for a Free Flatzz if you placed an order of 1$ or more. I ordered the Flatzz and another pizza on the app, paid the discounted price which was 8.79, then came into the store to pickup my order. The cashier told me that I still had a balance of 5$. I showed her my online receipt and the promo from the T-Mobile tuesday app and she told me that she “didn’t know anything about that” and insisted that I pay the difference then took the food away. I ended up canceling it all together cause i’m not paying full price for something I was originally given at a discount. I already paid on the app, I should not have to pay anymore. If you’re not going to honor deals then don’t let them be available for use.

I ordered online and when I arrived for pick up, I was told 10min. After 15min I went back to counter and was given cold pizza. I asked for a manager and was told she couldn't come to the front. I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait until tomorrow. I asked for the manage again. Some guy came from the back with an attitude, for loud them the manager came from the back with an even worse attitude saying they can't do anything tonight. I asked for a receipt showing a refund was to be given, they refused that also. The guy continued to yell at me so I cursed at him rhythm they called police. Cops came took a report and didn't understand why they wouldn't give me proof of refund either. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU SO TO STAY CLEAR

This location is one of the best ones I've been to so far. Usually it takes a while for me to be seated at another place, but it was pretty open when I came in. The staff do their best to make sure you have what you need as well! I ordered a personal pizza for lunch during my work break and it came out pretty quickly.

First time at this location and they didn’t disappoint. My pizza was freshly made and I didn't have to wait long at all. The lady Jean or Jeanie(can’t remember sorry) was super friendly and very helpful when answering all of my questions even though they were busy. I will be back!
