Awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, came in 10 min after they were supposed of be ready… they weren’t. And, after they knew I was in store, they made other pizzas for people who came in AFTER ME. I get if you are behind overall. But, for walk ups, who came in after me ... come on. This franchise needs to have their liscense revoked.And. They messed up my pizzas. And had to remake one because they forgot 2 ingredients and decided the right place for a ranch cup was ON MY PIZZA.They should have their franchise licenses revoked

$18 for a standard personal pizza and drink. When I got home, my order was wrong. When I picked up the pizza and asked for a side of ranch, the cashier stated they would need to charge me, even though ranch dressing and any other sauce is free to put on the pizza in unlimited amounts while the pizza is being prepared. Hopefully the money from their ranch grift will be reinvested into improving order accuracy.

I visited because they popped up on my Upside App. Not only did I get a great deal through that but also I got there app and received a free pizza for joining! Everything was tasty and the employees were friendly. The music was fun too! Wish we lived closer, we are visiting from SC.

Moved away from the dc area, moved back up to VA, saw they had an &pizza...ITS SO FREAKING GOOD. Tastes like how I remember! Late nights coming home to leftover &pizza were the best. Going to shows with leftover pizza getting cold in the car and still devouring it on the way home because it tastes so good! &pizza is life! Fresh or left in a car for hours LOLVegetarian options: Vegan meats are great and they have a lot of veggie options!Dietary restrictions: Vegan pizza, amazing and fast!

Wasn’t sure about coming here. Was attending a climbing competition and someone walked in with the box. Decided to come by. These pizzas are fantastic and the garlic knots, you should not leave without getting some. Will definitely be coming back.

I ordered & pizza today around noon for delivery. I know their delivery is often slow and results in cold pizza, but I am trying to avoid driving right now so I was willing to put up with that. An hour goes by and I am wondering where my food is and decide I should reach out. Turns out there is no way to talk to a live person, and they take 24 hours to respond to you. Another half an hour goes by and my food is marked as delivered, but it wasn't delivered. So now it is 2 hours later and I have to order lunch from somewhere else after already spending way too much on a pizza I never received. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and I will never order delivery from a place that does not allow you to speak to a person in real time.If you're not ordering delivery the pizza is fine. But I won't be back.Edited to add an update:The AI chat reached back out to me to refund my cash, but not my rewards points that I used to get a discount. They offered me no apology, no nothing. They completely inconvenienced me and offered me less than what I started with. If you're OK with ordering food from a company where customer service is nonexistent, have at it, but I won't be dumb enough to do it again.

This is a great place to get a quick custom pizza. When you walk in, you approach the counter and view the menu on the displays above. They have a number of pizzas on the menu, with options to customize your own as well. The ingredients are behind the glass at the counter for you to see, and (assuming you are ordering a custom pizza) the employee will prompt you to select sauces, meats, and veggie toppings. Even if you select one of the pizzas from the menu, you can customize the toppings. The pizza then goes through the oven, and cooks for several minutes. When it comes out, an employee will help you select additional finishing touches such as a drizzle of sauce, seasonings, or extra cheese. The pizzas are a unique "skateboard" shape, which is the perfect size for one person or two people to share. You end up with a hot, fresh, made-to order pizza, and it's always tasty. The restaurant does offer indoor and outdoor dining space, but I usually take my pizza to go. They have a few other menu items such as garlic knots and cookies, but their main food offering is pizza. This restaurant is located in the popular Willow Lawn shopping center, so there is plenty of parking and plenty of shops around to visit before or after you eat.

This Might be the Best Food I Have Never Eaten- Who Knows?From viewing the menu, the prices at &pizza seems very reasonable. I was also pleased to see the vegan and vegetarian options. I can't really speak on taste, portion, size, etc. because the number listed for the restaurant is not in service. I didn't stress customers to send a text to. 200-03 in order to speak with a employee however, I have yet to receive a text back. I had questions about portion sizes because I wanted to know if I should order more for my family. Since they are customer service, and the accuracy of their contact information is highly questionable, not only will they not receive my patronage or recommendations, but I have to wonder what other areas they are lacking also.
