I love Popeye’s chicken! I placed an order here and had a concern about my food. I asked to speak with the manager… I was told that he was busy and not allowed to speak with customers at the time. The employee stated that he was unable to approach the manager safely because he didn’t feel comfortable after he has had a busy day. I will never visit this location again. NEVER!!!

The food was very good. The manager a complete jerk I don’t remember his name, black guy, nastiness attitude I’ve ever dealt with in a Popeyes cashier was very nice. Ask the manager for a cup just for ice guy looked at me like he wanted to cuss me out , I tried to give it back to him . I think because of that area he’s used to dealing with certain type of people .

When we got there they were a lot busier than I expected. Service was polite but slow. Can’t really blame the staff because I’m sure it was hard keeping up with everyone. Food was hot though!

No one wears a hair net which is really unsanitary and this is not the first time I’ve seen this here. They take forever with orders even with only two orders and no one in the drive thru. Oh and it was smoke literally in the entire store and made my eyes burn.
