Terrible opening day. Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes or better which is half of my lunch hour. Gave me the wrong order. Had to go back. The manager was really nice and very helpful but other staff could definitely use some training such as multi-tasking and definitely CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also may want to listen to your customers orders to give them to correct items. Don't think it was such a good idea to open this restaurant at this location. Drive thru is horrible not big enough for the amount of traffic coming to this establishment. Please do better.

The tenders quality is going down. The service here they are nice but slow.Seem to not have enough help. One of my biggest complaints with all Popeyes is the inside line to wait to place your order.When there is a few customers coming in from different sides of the restaurant and everyone is looking for where the end of the line is. It gets confusing to some as to.who exactly is next in lineThey need to put back the metal fence that helped people form a line.As sad as it is to say some folks just don't know how to wait their turn, they are rude and just daring anyone to say anything.Shouldn't have to be this way but it is at any Popeyes I go to around here.

Unfortunately this place is mostly a miss! You don't realize the drive thru doesn't work (no signage)! Drove to window and was told to come inside. Inside is not the cleanest. 15 minutes later, I'm just getting my simple sandwich (no drink...just a sandwich). No apologies! The chicken is good, though!

Worst experience! Manager/employees are ill-mannered, rude, and disrespectful. I received rolled eyes, heavy sighs, and aggressive attitude! Tables, and floors littered with uncleared left over food! The environment felt judgmental, and employees were selective on who they took orders on.

Forgot the fried chicken lol. Manager wouldn’t admit messing up the order herrself and told me to get a refund online. I ended up buying another 12pc chicken to feed the fam, but mannnn. Crazy.and they line take long.Just found out that they left the wrappers on the cheese…def calling corporateI had at least left the food rating a three star but not anymore

So you guys think it’s ok to write some racial slur and be racist towards someone? and for the manager, you need to get fired along with that little worker of yours.
