Arrived at 11:50AM via drive-thru, was told after a 4 minute wait, just a moment from a person via mic. Waited an additional 4 minutes. At the drive thru window, young black female, no greeting, just the amount of my order 1 Spicey Chicken sandwich amount $6.04. She took my debit card, anothe rcouple of minutes, she return to the window, no greeting handed me my card and sandwich , which I stated, When customers make a purchase, most of the time, th epeople say Thank You, she just stared at me, no response, I drove off. This location needs to CLOSE Today. The management team have failed the customers that keep them in employment. They keep hiring no mannered people that think they are doing the customers a favor by coming to make a purchase, instead of the fact without the customers, there is no need for manager's, front counter staff, counter staff, cooks. I will tell my fanily, friends and others not to go this Popeye's location, because this is an ongoing problem for this location. They hire rude, nasty help to wait on customers. I will not spend my money at a poorly operated franchise as this one.

holy crap (literally) got the worst food poisoning of my life. food didn’t seem old and service was fast and efficient but about 8 hours after (i didn’t eat anything else today so it could only be from this) symptoms started kicking in. i’m not sure if this popeyes is understaffed or management sucks, being that people are showing up to work and handling food while sick. or, the food was just bad??

Ordered online for my family dinner and did not get what I paid for. Had to try and stretch what they gave me.

Visited Today 4:40pm waited in the Drive Thu line over a Hour yes got my food at 5:49pm .. Didnt understand why was it taking so long it seems that they were taking one order at at time after i ordered she told me to pull foward i did to find lots of workers (smh) so there was no excuse on the long wait in there Drive thu. On top of that my Fries were Extremly cold like they made a bunch and sitting them around, my chicken i couldnt eat it was chewy like it was warm up in a microwave not fresh at all. If they dont have a good management team there they need one.. They didnt even deserve one star... SAD!!
Waited so long and still had Cold Nasty Food!! And this wasnt the first time.

Usually when I come in the morning I have great service but tonight it’s was Horrible. First off, I asked for white meat at the speaker when I placed my order. When I got to the window and received my food it had a wing and thigh so I told them I asked for all white meat. The Manager got very rude and argued that it was a small breast. I said no it was a thigh and she refused and walked away then another associate took the order back and then the manager took it from her and corrected my order. She complained loudly the whole time and I was very offended so I asked the window person what’s the manager name? She looked nervous and told the other window person I wanted her name then they told the manager I wanted her name. Her was response was “I ain’t got time for this shit” and refused to give me her name. I then asked for a receipt since I didn’t get one. Drove around to the other said and asked another employee who the manager on duty is. Her name is Javonia and she was the most nasty meanest manager I have ever met at Popeyes. Who argues with a customer at the window creating a toxic environment. I felt sorry for the young ladies at the window. Her hair was out with no hairnet. I was scared to ask anything else. But it was a very different experience from the morning shift and I felt very disrespected and disappointed.

Went to this restaurant in today to try the new flounder meal. Food was not fresh at all. Fish was lukewarm and my fries were cold. My soda was flat. This is the third time I have came to this place and my food was not fresh at all. I will not be returning.

WHEN TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT AFTER WORK YESTERDAY. I SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND WHEN I SAW TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER LACKED ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I ORDERED 2 BREAST GET HOME HAVE A BREAST AND TIGH CALLED NEXT MORNING MANAGER REFUSED TO JUST GIVE ME A BREAST. I THREW MY RECIPT AWAY .THIS RUDE MANAGER TELLS ME SHE CANT VERIFY TILL THE GIRL COMES BACK THRUSDAY ITS Tuesday. Im calling cooperate.

This Popeyes is one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too and that’s saying something. I ordered a simple 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with a large fries not only did I get NO SANDWICHES I GOT MASHPOTATOS INSTEAD. This is genuinely ridiculous, no doubt they pump and dump good reviews to hide the bad ones because I have never ONCE had a good experience at this Popeyes
