Just opened and didn't have wings...the place open at 10am...I got there 10:30

Just left after standing in line for 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged. This isn't the fault of the employees, it's a management issue. Y'all need a couple more people during the lunch shift, all the food is pre-made and it just shouldn't take that long to take my order and put it in a box.

Came in today and spoke with management about my previous service experience , and she took the time to listen , to my concerns regarding the night shift , I just want to say that the day shift is very much better and the food looks great, hope they do better for the night shift , but I will only return when miss penny is on until night management gets better with the food . This review is only for the day shift with miss penny as acting manager

BAU for this horrible location. Ordered online for 1:10pm pickup. Showed up at 1:30pm and was rudely told I had to wait in line behind 8 others. What's the point of online ordering? If you can't keep up, hire more or turn off online orders.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE ! ive placed orders on my Popeyes app and sadly this is the store that keep accepting my order but NEVER get it’s right , I spend over $40 everytime and receive literally not even half my order !! i dont understand this it’s take no time to correctly bag someone’s food and give THEM EVERYTHING THEY PAID FOR !!! i just waited 3 hours for a order thats incomplete and incorrect and im pissed .. literally half my order is missing and i called the store 4, 5 times and no one answered .. i don’t know why this store keeps accepting orders if they aren’t going to complete people’s order .. then i tired to cancel my order and it wouldnt let me so I waited again 3 hours for food that is wrong !! this is unacceptable & i hope corporate sees this & give me my correct order!!!
