Literally the worst Popeyes you can possibly go to. Literally waited 10 mins in drive through to pick up a mobile order, to be told to go inside. Inside was a complete disaster. The manager was yelling/overwhelmed at the staff. The staff was the slowest/dumbest/most inefficient workers I have ever met. I told one of the workers I’m here for two mobile order. I guess it was his first day/still in training but it took him 30 mins to full fill my order and did not even put any seasoning sauce on my bone in wings. The whole production is a complete disaster/unorganized and laughable.

I've eaten at this Popeyes location many times over the past few years, and it's been a 50/50 gamble each time. 50% of the time the service has been absolutely horrible: I've waited anywhere from 20-45 minutes(!) for my order, I've been given the wrong food, they ALWAYS forget the sauces I ordered... it's bad on a regular basis. However: 50% of the time the food is absolutely incredible. I've had fried chicken at some of the most highly rated restaurants in RVA, and I swear that this Popeyes can be as good or better than any of them.
Going to this Popeyes is truly a deal with the devil: sometimes you'll wait 25 minutes for a disappointing meal that's missing half of your items, and sometimes you'll get the best chicken wing you've ever eaten in your life. I guess that thrill of danger is why I keep coming back.

Sloooooooow! Do not come to this location if you have anything in life to do other than watching paint dry. I presented through the app at 7:57 pm. I did not walk out of the restaurant until 8:46 pm. The French fries were cold and you could tell they weren’t fresh. They didn’t have the honey lemon pepper wings so I settled for another flavor. Luke warm. They charged me .75 cents for a suave that I didn’t even get. The only thing that was even remotely worth the money was the frozen strawberry lemonade. Not to mention thin, I started out in the drive thru. If I had to guess, there were 4 cars ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes, parked and then walked in and waited at the counter. The person in front of me had a large order and the young lady at the register had the worst attitude. Listened to respond instead of understanding. Shouldn’t have applied if customer service wasn’t her thing. I’ll take the Midlothian location any day. This is a money pit.

Food is good! Customer was very rude to the staff for no reason. The girls were busy as heck and doing there best to help everyone.
Food was hot but after waiting 36 minutes on the dot for our first big order. Which was only for 4 people.. 2nd orde came 10 minutes later. 3rd order half of it came 45 minutes later..smfh my son just threw the cold food in the trash an asked for a refund... this is going to be a long 3:15 ride home.. I say that because the first time we ate an food here service was awesome.. place went from a 10 to 3.5 in under an hour... definitely won't visit this location again....

Ordered online about 10 minutes before I showed up (I was next door at Walmart). I came through the drive through, said I had a mobile order, and was asked to pull forward to wait. After about 10 minutes, the guy came out and asked me what I ordered. I told him, and still had to wait another 10-15 min for my food.
By the way, this location wasn't busy, at all. There were like no other cars in the drive thru, nobody was inside.
The food came out great, but the service could use improvement. That wait time was insane.

Popeyes is my favorite place to eat but this store was the worst from the Employees to the bosses they where rude and more Eager to fight, then work u u do not treat ur customers as they r not important
