I order a 8 piece chicken tender meal with other food. I arrive at the house and notice there were no chicken tenders so I do the only sane thing possible and go back to get my chicken tenders. While I’m there the person wants to have a attitude and but then gives me my food. He said he gave me chicken tenders but once I’m back at my house I open the back and I open it so there chicken. NO CHICKEN TENDERS. There customer service needs some work and they need to tell there customers the truth and give them there chicken tenders.

The drive-thru attendant was very pleasant, told me my combo order of spicy wings would take 11 minutes and Yes I was willing to wait; who doesn't want fresh hot food!! A truly enjoyable meal and experience.
As much as I love Popeyes, I’m tired of getting home and finding some of my order missing, weather it’s a side order, biscuits, or sauce there is always something missing.

Good food really slow service and consistently have a very difficult time ordering. I ordered three different items and the person taking the order got them completely wrong each time and I had to repeat myself three times at least. Seems like investing in a better intercom system is inbirser.
