Food was great and came out pretty quick during a crowded lunch time.

The food was great. The location is convenient if you are downtown. But it took nearly an hour (55 minutes) to get the food that my husband and I ordered. One person in our party got his food in 10 minutes. One got his food at 20 minutes. They were calling people who ordered well after us. Several people arrived, ordered, ate, and left before we got our food. Every time we went to ask about it we were told that it “was on the way.”

The service, atmosphere and food were great. The greens are spicy but the Mac n cheese and chicken tenders were good. The fried pimento balls were a nice appetizer!!! Recommended!!

While we waited for our food, we were watching the young lady packing up something in little containers. She saw us watching and asked if we had any questions. She proceeded to explain their sauces, the food, etc. She could have just ignored us and gone about her business but took the time to explain things to a new customer. That was so refreshing and excellent customer service. The wrap and fries were delicious. Enough food that we took half of it home for lunch the next day.

Yum yum yum! Several different options of fun (and classic) chicken sandwiches. The sandwich was AWESOME- such great flavors (house made hot sauce and blue cheese? yes please). Mac and cheese was cheesy and homey.Missing a star only because I felt the bun needed to be heftier for the amount going on (it had fallen apart 2/3 in).REVIEW AFTER SECOND TIME: Loooooved the fried green tomatoes! Nice crunchy salty breading without being too heavy topped with a sweet relish. Same comments stand for the sandwich; there either needs to be less going on or a heftier bun because it all starts to fall apart! BUT the stuff falling apart is still delicious and greatly enjoyed.

It was my first time there and would definitely be my last I got to the place at 8:35 the staff gave me a bad look because they were about to close and was thinking that the would probably ruin my food because they in a hurry to go and they did they gave me a burn and dry chicken the sandwich was tasteless no seasoning well actually gross I ate half of it because I was hungry but couldn't finished it very disappointed

The wife and I stopped in for lunch and both got different chicken sandwiches and fries. We went in right after a convention got out or something because the place was packed. There was a wait to order and for food but again it was packed. We found a table and sat comfortably as we waited. When we got the food it was worth it, one of the best chicken sandwiches we've ever had. (I got the barbecue version and my wife went with the Nashville hot, both were cooked perfectly and seasoned well) Between the fries and sandwich it was a lot of food so very filling to say the least. If in the area I would recommend trying it out if you want a chicken sandwich, with so many different varieties you won't be dissapointed. They do offer more than just chicken sandwiches as well.

I can’t stress enough how good the flavors and spices in the food are. It’s tasty, spicy (if you want); so flavorful. But in both times I’ve been here, my meal has been left out while my partners GF meal is cooking, meaning it’s super cold by the time it reaches me.A heat tent/warmer would solve this situation immediately. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, but unfortunately, just cold.

The food is surprisingly good, but I'm not sure it's worth the long wait times and dealing with equipment failures like their kiosk's broken printer. Orders are processed seemingly at random intervals, so your order number doesn't really give much indication as to when you'll actually receive your order. There were 3 in our party and we all ordered at roughly the same time, yet my friend finished eating long before my wife and I even got our food.

The food is amazing and it’s a nice atmosphere inside as well. They have the best collard greens that I’ve tasted, hands down there’s no competition.

We stopped in for a quick snack one day on the way to the airport around lunchtime. We had recently had breakfast, so decided to split a chicken sandwich. We ended up getting the Korean sandwich, which was delicious! It was the perfect combo of spicy and sweet. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked. The fries were also great, especially when I dipped them in the sauce that had dripped off my sandwich.

Food was great. Workers were great. But it was severely understaffed. Two workers in the entire restaurant to work the dinner rush, with a show taking place down the block at the theater that evening. Waited 55 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The owner needs to either staff up or downsize their business model. They’re clearly not up to this as a businessperson.
