Love that they have this in Richmond, I hope they are able to open again soon. The comments about the dealers and collusion are definitely not true. If you play good cards and/or get lucky, you can win some money. The dealers are normally pretty good darn card players- and will make you pay for mistakes. It is a well run, well organized place- and most of the card players are also friendly and fun to be around.

Reading the comments and poker enthusiast. Someone making false claims, and especially making such accusations publicly without seeking some sort of resolution with the establishment is paramount to blasphemy. ALL poker rooms and clubs rely on their reputation for honesty and integrity. To think a room or club exists that would cheat is hard to fathom as this would be shooting themselves in the foot. My club would never allow any form of "table talk" collusion or cheating. If caught, your chips are confiscated counted and your given a non redeemable, non transferable voucher. You may or may not receive a payout. This depends on review of any video or memory of players who were in the hand in question and subsequent decision of the dealer. Offended player if unhappy with the decision, can immediately appeal to any club officer present at the event or the "on call" club rep via telephone (costs a BB to appeal). If still unhappy, and you believe you have a case against you cheating, you can appeal to an Executive club officer (5x BB). If you're found not guilty, you get all your winnings and any appeal monies spent. If found undetermined, recourse is determined by the person making the finding. IF FOUND GUILTY, you are banned from any and all club events and any and all club properties, premises, vehicles, etc. Unfortunately, any friends in the club will be looked at warily but will be given benefit of doubt they were unaware of offenders intent.
